Not even 1 I called they said thru ate open until 2 am it's 1 am place it's dead ....they should it said we might close early Tske some classes learn how to treat costumers this way it's failing bad

What happened, did they change their grill cheif. My sourdough used to be delicious. Not today. My bun was soft and only toasted on one side. St least my fries were nice and hot

The food was SO MUCH better than any other jack in the box I've ever been to! The food didnt taste like it was fried in nasty old oil, which is what ive been noticing
at both el camino locations in santa clara. I've tossed food away from both places after 1 bite. Even the ore shake was very good and not too sweet. The 2 ladies at the drive thru were very sweet.

I come here because its close to home and work but theres this one girl who works the night shift and shes so rude. She forgot half my order one time. Tonight i asked for ranch and instead of verbalizing it she gave me weird hand signals and proceeded to yell at me when i didnt understand. Maybe you guys should take her off the register because she is NOT good with customers. She also gave me no receipt so i cant complain about her there lol
