This Jamba Juice location is very special to me. I used to go frequently in the summer of 2021 and I was always greeted by an incredibly friendly and passionate young man named Beckham. I could feel his passion in every smoothie. I have been poisoned. Now two years later I have not found a Jamba juicer with the same level of commitment as Beckham. Nothing will ever taste as good, I do not have the will to continue onwards. Beckham if you are reading this I have but one request. I need one more Caribbean Passion. I will pay any expense. 6/22 the girls working today do not care about the customers waiting to order. All running around the back talking to each other, even one was on the phone behind the counter. They came up to the register many times but just ignored the lady waiting to order. Super rude and bad service.

This store either has to update business hours, or employees are leaving early. I went yesterday at 8:05pm and it was already closed. I checked business hours before I got there and it said it closed at 8:30. This is the second time that it happens.

I love this place I love that they can make good suggestions if you are undecided about what to order. they have a great variety of flavors the customer service is sharp very good place definitely a place I would recommend what makes it a great experience is the awesome customer service. Thank you!

The Açaí bowl is surprising good! Smoothies are always consistently fruity. The pretzels are soft and delicious. Store is clean. Ordering online is fast and easy.

I spent 30 mins waiting for an online order at this location. Very unorganized. Lots of lazy workers. The worst location I've visited in the bay area

First time coming to Jamba on Bernal and I had Monique!! What's great patient professional young lady.. I hope she opens her own business .. I say that because there's no way a company like Jamba will pay her what she's really worth.. what a asset and I can't lie Jamba y'all got lucky!! Great Job Monique

This must be the worst Jamba Juice in the country. My last 2 visits here had been extremely disappointing. I had vowed to not return to this particular location, but many months passed and I was already in the same shopping area for something else so I thought I'd give it another chance. Mistake. There were only 4 other customers when I entered, so I thought "it couldn't be too long a wait", right? Literally 30 min wait for 2 drinks. I suppose a bunch of online orders had come in, and there were only 2 employees (one of whom didn't seem to know how to work the register). By the time I picked my drinks up, the place had ~20 increasingly frustrated customers. And the drinks themselves were terrible: mine was icey and watered down passed the point where I couldn't drink it, and had a gnarly aftertaste. My son reported his drink "tasted funny", and he subsequently found a tiny piece of plastic in it. Both drinks went in the trash. I don't blame the 2 teenagers working there. The fact that they were profoundly understaffed and undertrained, and the fact that this location is consistently bad over time means this is a problem with management not an individual employee.
