Possibly the worst Jamba ever. How could that be, oor customer service and poor quality food and drinks that do not match their standard brand.

$10 juice are not freshly squeezed. And taste very watery
I ordered an Acai Primo bowl and an Impossible Hamwich. They were both overpriced but that's expected in the airport. The Acai Primo bowl was far too sweet for me but my wife and son quite liked it so it worked out in the end. The Impossible Hamwich wasn't bad though I probably won't order it again.

Delicious drinks. I liked their one with bananas and peanut butter. There is not much choice in this airport for food and drinks. Jamba is a great option and possibly the best at the airport.

I love Jamba, but was very disappointed with this location. My mango go go tasted like straight tap water, and i received the wrong pretzel. For a $10 smoothie, I expected great flavor. I placed my mobile order, so i didnt get to check until later.

Allows people to cut in line and ignores those who ARE in line.
Probably the worst location ever. Clueless employees, quickly barked at me they don't honor rewards when he saw me pull up the app. Slow to help customers. We used to own a location and we'd have firied every one that was working that day. Unreal
I had a go getter which was made by a girl and it was amzing! The place was amazingly sanitary and the smoothie was delicous
Amazing smoothies, super fast

It's possibly the worst Jamba I've been to. I frequent them all over, and in other airports, but every other one has been better.Had a quick layover so I chose this over Chic fila. CF had a line a mile long- no line at Jamba. I walked up and ordered only to hear a worker ask if she needed to make my order. She put 2 tomato twists in the toaster. Awful. Disgusting and stale are good words to describe them.Unfortunately I could see the guy making smoothies. He had no idea what he was doing and no one helping him. Took him 10 minutes to figure out the first, and then he stood and stared at the menu trying to figure out what was in my wife's.Btw- chic fila moved about 20 people through their line by the time I got my order. So irritating.
Waited for 25min, nearly missed my flight and didn’t get anything for breakfast. The wait time is long and non-obvious neither well communicated by staff.
Service time is too slow. Gotta wait an average of 8-12 mins every time I visit the SJC airport even if there are less than 5 customers in line.
I ordered a smoothie and the girl who took my order had her AirPods in. I had to interrupt her because she was glued to her phone. It gets better. The girl making my smoothie looked like she hated her life and her job and after she put my smoothie in the blender, she also took out her phone and revealed a half smile. I’m glad the text made her day. So then I got my drink and decided...ya know, maybe I should tell their manager. So then I ask for the manager and she also was on her phone and slid it in her pocket before talking to me. I let her know that being on your phone and working around food is very unsanitary. I don’t think she cared at all. Didn’t offer to remake my smoothie. Nothing. So don’t get jamba here. It’s really not worth it. P.S. Smoothie was “okay”. Bacteria is tasteless.
Great drink!
