When I showed up there were no customers, yet it took several minutes for me to get my smoothies and food ordered despite there being 2 workers there behind the counters. I waited and finally after some time a worker emerged from the back room with a drink in her hand. As she took my order she took sips in between talking. The workers took about 15 min to get my order ready. When I got my order, the 2 handwiches I ordered were cold. And I actually saw one of the workers drop my sandwich from the oven into the wrapping paper and saw it all fall apart the worker rearranged it after doing so but nevertheless. In total I'd say I was there more than 20 min which is what should've been something more speedy. I've gone to this place in the past but recently have been going to the jamba juice on capitol which takes about 10 min in total with everything even when I had made bigger orders than the one I made here. I am very disappointed and sad to see how much this place has fallen apart.

Picked up an online order about 10 minutes after they opened. It looked like they were still getting up to speed - moving slowly. But it wasn't ready at my specified time - had to wait another few minutes. They also open up pretty late, compared to other jamba locations. But my orange c booster was delicious. I also noticed they now have paper cups. I was used to the styrofoam or the plastic ones. Also join the jamba rewards - there's always a coupon or deal. And you earn points for future discounts.

This Jamba Juice is so ghetto. There is this one lady that works there. She gives such attitude. I had the displeasure of being served by her twice. Then on another occasion she got into it with with s customer and her daughter. Couldn’t help but laugh. If you can go somewhere else.

I've come to this Jamba Juice around 5 or 6 times and have only been able to get a drink once. All the other times I've gone they've had signs on the door saying they will be right back, or today when I went the door was unlocked, no sign but they said they couldn't serve us because they were mopping? It was 12:30 on a Sunday...& there were multiple people in the store. The smoothie I was able to get when they were open was delicious! This location is just too unreliable and I've given them multiple tries

I just went in they were super friendly I specifically remember kai and Jessica I hope I got her name right. I apologize sweetie if not. Either way it was great service excellent in my book and both girls were super kind. I am going to start stopping in now that I found it being new here. If you're looking for fast but great stuff go see the girls in the am it was fantastic

Service: 0/5Drink: 1/5Bought a mango a go go smoothie on a warm day. Waited about 10 minutes for my order to be ready it, there were about 3-4 other customers waiting for their order as well. Once my order was called the female employee who started her shift at around 2:45pm announced my order at around 2:55pm I noticed there were remnants of kale and strawberries. I questioned her what is this, she smirked, "It's kale, you'll be fine." I was in a hurry and did not want to make a scene because my son is hungry.Now the mango a go go tasted a bit sour and sweet, very different from what I was used to at other Jamba Juice places. If there are issues afterwards you will definitely hear from me again.Definitely not returning or purchase from Jamba Juice again. Taking my business elsewhere.

Just rude and no respect for customers. The girl that "works" there can't even say hello or smile. Just rolls her eyes as I come in and stares. How does a person agree to a customer service job to be an a** to others?

I always go to this place to get my juice. Employees are very friendly. I admit that the place looks simple. But what I care is the juices. The prices are cut throat. Extremely pricy.
