Long 30 minute wait. Walk in. Nobody helps or asks. Waiting for over 30 minutes. So mad I left & didn't even get my drink. This is absurd. Never coming to this store again

We order an old drink multiple times a week, but this location is different, can’t blend juice over ice, can’t make anything from old menus , we will go to another location next time, my 2 and 4 year olds with autism, who like to have the exact same thing are not allowed to have their same thing here.

We go to Jamba Juice regularly and this was the slowest one yet. We were the only ones there when we ordered and it took 25 minutes to get an açaí bowl and a smoothie.

Staff unwilling to ring customers up manually anymore - there are 2 people waiting to place orders for almost 10 minutes now and the staff hasn't even acknowledged them.

Don't bother if you're in a hurry. They weren't too busy, but after 20 minutes they hadn't even started one of the items I ordered. At least my kid was happy with her smoothie though

The server with small cat beard showed racist behaviour. He excluded me and took orders from others. I waited for 30 min and walked out. I don't expect this to be acceptable by Junba franchise. He was laughing when I walked out.

I went in yesterday 07/07/24 and the 2 girls working there did amazing! I am giving low rate stars for the management. How can you schedule only one employee and one supervisor for a busy hot sunny day!
I felt so bad for the amount of stress they were put through. Only so you don’t have to pay another employee! That’s not human.
