The 2 stars is not for the product is more because the price like... since when a medium size drink is 9 dollars and a large 10? Is just a juice they use to be like arpund 6 or 7 now 10 later what?? 15 dollars ???? So expensive...

If I can rate 0 I would bad service gave me my drinks not filled all the way up and when asked why they said that’s how they serve it never going here again do not recommend this place at all

Horrible service i dont know if workers are lazy or is the actual company they never got 40% of the product they offer, seems like they just want to do the easy stuff every single time i came here they are out of most of their stuff i mean it's ridiculous.

Hot day, just worked out, came into the store. They told me they are only taking orders through the app. I say no problem, I download the app... order a smoothie. It says will be ready in 20 minutes. Two people come in behind me, the custom service folks tell them the same thing. Except, these customers were like why can't I just order.... The folks behind the cash register made them free smoothies, immediately... I got mine 27 minutes later.

We come here often, never an issue. Placed order online for smoothie and pretzel. The pretzel was so hard you could not break it half. I called the store to let them know and they never took responsibility for sending out a pretzel extremely hard. Worst customer service ever!!!! Come on Jamba it's a 3.00 pretzel not a 100.00 bill take responsibility and make it right.

I've come here a handful of times and for the most part it has been consistent. Most recently I ordered two drinks that were not blended well at all and lacked flavor. The workers were super nice though.

Just an ok Jamba juice, I got a gotcha matcha and a plant-based sandwich for lunch, overall wasn't too satisfied and I felt like a lack of effort on the matcha. Kind of slow considering there were few people waiting for orders and maybe they were churning online orders while juggling in store orders. Still lame and won't be back to this Jamba and be on my skip list for sure. Enso forever. Slow. Gotcha matcha was really water based and heavy sugar pull.
