Here to give kuddos to John and his staff I think they do a great job with making sure you are acknowledged and appreciated for choosing Jamba as opposed to all the other options in El Paseo. Recently I’ve been there twice with what looked like new employees. No “welcome in!” Greeting which was sad 😌 Also both drinks both times were just not made correctly… I order them both often and have for over a decade. The reason for the 3 stars is because my last visit last Friday- I got one of my favorite bites tomato twist and already half way into it found fresh freezer mold. Completely beside myself. I got an email regarding my second last visit because I said the drink did not taste the same from a Shannon— I emailed her back about the mold, but still haven’t heard anything. CHECK YOUR FOOD. I don’t know if I can return here.

I did a mobile order from the parking lot and then headed in immediately. I waited for 30 minutes at the counter before asking when my drink would be ready, only to be told to look in the mobile refrigerator, which I didn't even notice since there were at least 20 people waiting there who blocked my view of it. The next time I did a mobile order, I waited at the mobile refrigerator for 30 minutes before asking about my drink, which turned out to be behind the counter. Needless to say, my drinks were watered down by the time I received them.

My husband and I love Jamba juice so much. So sometimes I come here to buy it and go out to drink it. It was delicious today, too.

Concerning that prices are crazy high yet no organic items; also, drinks now described as ' _____ flavored'? Seriously concerning language. I got a small fresh juiced orange + carrot, $9.50 (!).

Nice nation wide chain offering “healthy” smoothies and snacks. They have lots of smoothie options with something for everyone and will customize them if wanted.

Windows were tinted so dark that we thought it was closed. Ordered a medium orange dream machine. Gave me a large because they made extra. The drink itself had a bad aftertaste like chemicals. Couldn’t even get through 10% of it, had to throw it away. Also, that medium drink was 10 bucks. stuffs expensive

Love this Jamba Juice shop! Employees are friendly and welcoming, drinks are well made, and there’s plenty of parking. There’s also outdoor seating as well. There is now a self-check kiosk by the register for faster checkout which is a nice addition when it’s busy!

Server had dandruff and food in hair, was extremely rude at counter and didn’t want to help. Referred to self checkout even though he wasn’t doing anything. Wasn’t wearing a name badge either

Worst Jamba I've ever been to. I asked for napkins and the staff looked at me like I sprouted antennas on my head. But the staff was nice to one of the regulars who they already knew. The soy berry protein shake had very little soy milk, so it was mostly ice and water. I love going to Jamba after a long workout at the gym, so this was a very disappointing experience. Won't be back to this location.

This Jamba Juice is the slowest location I have ever been to. I live in the neighborhood and shop at the local stores, so it's convenient in terms of location, but after this visit, I will drive to Santa Clara for better service. Today's visit is typical of my experience here. This store is usually understaffed, even on the weekends. I know it's not the staff's fault, but the employees are also not focused, super slow, and spend time messing around, checking phones, changing the music, etc. even when there are customers waiting. We always bring our own reusable cups and this is the 3rd time in a row that they still pour our order into disposable plastic cups instead of the ones we brought. It took 30 min to get 2 small smoothies and the flavor of the Mega Mango was not at all good. It didn't taste of mango at all. Again, the flavor is not the employee's fault, but just goes to reinforce that it was not worth the wait.

Smoothie was more like a chunky - incompletely blended ice and fruit. Also, the server spilled part of my wife's smoothie when pouring it into the cup, so cup wan't filled.
