I usually don't write reviews but I have to say me walking in getting greeted by all employees and then being asked what I want was a surreal and nice feeling. Everyone was welcoming and nice. They got me a nice orange juice with ice and loved that the AC was blasting given how hot it was outside. And the best part as I was walking to the exit they all wished me a good day which actually made my day. I was very happy :)

Here to give kuddos to John and his staff I think they do a great job with making sure you are acknowledged and appreciated for choosing Jamba as opposed to all the other options in El Paseo. Recently I’ve been there twice with what looked like new employees. No “welcome in!” Greeting which was sad 😌 Also both drinks both times were just not made correctly… I order them both often and have for over a decade. The reason for the 3 stars is because my last visit last Friday- I got one of my favorite bites tomato twist and already half way into it found fresh freezer mold. Completely beside myself. I got an email regarding my second last visit because I said the drink did not taste the same from a Shannon— I emailed her back about the mold, but still haven’t heard anything. CHECK YOUR FOOD. I don’t know if I can return here.
I did a mobile order from the parking lot and then headed in immediately. I waited for 30 minutes at the counter before asking when my drink would be ready, only to be told to look in the mobile refrigerator, which I didn't even notice since there were at least 20 people waiting there who blocked my view of it. The next time I did a mobile order, I waited at the mobile refrigerator for 30 minutes before asking about my drink, which turned out to be behind the counter. Needless to say, my drinks were watered down by the time I received them.

My husband and I love Jamba juice so much. So sometimes I come here to buy it and go out to drink it. It was delicious today, too.

Concerning that prices are crazy high yet no organic items; also, drinks now described as ' _____ flavored'? Seriously concerning language. I got a small fresh juiced orange + carrot, $9.50 (!).

Nice nation wide chain offering “healthy” smoothies and snacks. They have lots of smoothie options with something for everyone and will customize them if wanted.

Windows were tinted so dark that we thought it was closed. Ordered a medium orange dream machine. Gave me a large because they made extra. The drink itself had a bad aftertaste like chemicals. Couldn’t even get through 10% of it, had to throw it away. Also, that medium drink was 10 bucks. stuffs expensive
