I usually don't write reviews but I have to say me walking in getting greeted by all employees and then being asked what I want was a surreal and nice feeling. Everyone was welcoming and nice. They got me a nice orange juice with ice and loved that the AC was blasting given how hot it was outside. And the best part as I was walking to the exit they all wished me a good day which actually made my day. I was very happy :)

Stopped by for an orange vanilla smoothie, and did not disappoint.

Really nice customer service, easy parking, and a place to sit outside and enjoy the great weather.

Here to give kuddos to John and his staff I think they do a great job with making sure you are acknowledged and appreciated for choosing Jamba as opposed to all the other options in El Paseo.
Recently I’ve been there twice with what looked like new employees. No “welcome in!” Greeting which was sad 😌
Also both drinks both times were just not made correctly… I order them both often and have for over a decade.
