Here to give kuddos to John and his staff I think they do a great job with making sure you are acknowledged and appreciated for choosing Jamba as opposed to all the other options in El Paseo.
Recently I’ve been there twice with what looked like new employees. No “welcome in!” Greeting which was sad 😌
Also both drinks both times were just not made correctly… I order them both often and have for over a decade.
The reason for the 3 stars is because...

Love this Jamba Juice shop! Employees are friendly and welcoming, drinks are well made, and there’s plenty of parking. There’s also outdoor seating as well. There is now a self-check kiosk by the register for faster checkout which is a nice addition when it’s busy!

Brings back memories. Flavors were not lost since my last visit years ago. My only hangup is my drinks came out separately rather than all together. Other people getting their drinks were confused by this at the time as well.
