Had the best experience here! Came in to pick up a super big order during rush hour and the place was extremely clean and the staff was so helpful, especially Jayden! She helped me carry all my drinks to my vehicle and made sure each drink was correct. will definitely be back here!

Jayden is such a helpful worker ! She was patient when my son with a stutter was ordering and treated us with the utmost kindness. Such a sweet girl.

Uh oh. Big mistake.
The guy took 30 minutes to make our order of two smoothies.
I specifically said no pineapple about 5 times, and he put it anyway.
He made a lot and shared my order with the guy after me. I had asked for whey protein. If he was allergic to whey God help him coz he got it anyway

Total breach of trust.

Horrible service waited over 40 minutes for my smoothie. They completely forgot about me. I saw 5 to 6 people order and get their items before me. Staff didn't seem to care that they forgot about my smoothie. They were in no rush to make it after I told them they forgot it and made 2 more drinks before starting mine. They gave me my sandwich and by the time I got my drink, my sandwich was cold. I am never coming back to this location and will drive further to a better location.

I highly do not recommend coming here. This place was highly understaffed and had two workers with no sense of urgency. When I ordered a smoothie and acai bowl, the man gave a heads up it might take about 20 minutes and I was fine with that. He said they were about 20 orders behind. I have experience working at an acai restaurant and even at the peak hours when we received large online orders we never got 20 orders behind. This Jamba Juice needs to figure it out. However 20 minutes passed and then 10 minutes passed and I finally got one smoothie. Another 20 minutes passed and I asked about my acai bowl. It seemed as though they forgot about my dragon fruit acai bowl order because right as I asked them the man told the other worker, a teenager, to start working on it. While watching him cut the strawberries, bananas and put the toppings on at the speed of molasses I finally got my watered down and liquidy acai bowl after about an hour. I loved Jamba Juice but I won’t be going there ever again.

You gotta try the items from the secret menu, I personally like the peanut butter & jelly.

This is the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been to, the managers don’t care about the employees and will leave one up front to take care of 5 customers by theirselves, and I have waited for my smoothie for up to 20 minutes, bad management they need to hire new people, btw I asked the worker “why are you by yourself” and he said “the managers are busy” what is that? That’s ridiculous

Wow, this place gets a ton of bad reviews. Well, I've only been here a couple of times, once during lunch hour with a huge line (just the other day; placed order in person), and once some other "off-time" when there's just less traffic, to pick up an order-ahead... order, lol; both times were fine. Honestly, I was worried that with the huge lunch line, we'd be waiting a long while, but even with only two (maybe a third was somewhere?) staff members, they tore through the orders. We had our order within several minutes, and that was fine to me. No more of a wait than any other Jamba I've been at (possibly less, and other locations having more staff and no other guests there...). The cashier was very friendly, took our order with no problems, confirmed whether or not we had a Jamba Rewards account-thing... Maybe the staff has changed recently? But, for my part, we've had only good experiences, and are more than happy to return when we're in the area.

I was there during lunch hour and only 2 employees there. The female employee was overwhelmed with back orders and I believe the new employee (guy) was also overworked and overwhelmed . She kept yelling at him in front of all of the customers that he wasn’t fast enough and she was stressed out . That is NOT OK !! I understand work can be stressful but as a new employee I saw that the guy looked like he was trying hard. I never got my order she said it was a 45 -50 minute wait after I ordered . She refund my money but I waited 10 minutes before she mentioned that .

You need more help and that guy needs an apology

I placed an order online and when I arrived at the store no one offered assistance. They didn’t have a cashier and everyone was preoccupied making drinks. I waited there for 5 minutes, and finally got someone’s attention. My drinks had already been made, and were ready for pick up. ?Would have been nice if they would have acknowledged me when I first walked in.

Was not intending to leave a review but seeing how many truly terrible reviews there are I think I should contribute. (Been here 10-ish times over the past 4+ years). I have worked in restaurants and customer service so I know that you can literally delight the hell out of 90 people but if you aggravate 10, they will make a point to complain officially and the other 90 will just leave with a smile on their face and not bother to even say thanks let alone write a positive review. Ok review: while I have pretty much ALWAYS have to wait - I have never had rudeness problems or unprofessional service from them. And frankly don’t mind the wait as for me it’s more time to hang with my kid. Jamba as a product/brand is too sweet / sugary for me so I always have to customize the drink in order to get something I can have (which staff are generally ok with). Also every time I ask for the rest that doesn’t fit in the cup they kindly give it to me instead of pouring it out. And I know going there that they’re catering to the kids, teens and people in their 20s who frequently go, so that’s the taste profile that they’re serving even though there’s decor pictures of fruits and vegetables that includes kale, they don’t have any kale ☹️. Atmosphere is standard and mostly clean. I come here with my kid and for redemption of fundraiser gift cards. There is always free and available parking. Obviously there are Vegan & Vegetarian options. And they’re helpful if your school or group is doing a fundraiser. I have not worked with them personally on that but have purchased many times for that.Feedback: Change music selection to something appropriate & lower volume. Consider offering a hack suggestion for a lower sugar drink & putting up a sign that says “sorry for the wait we’re busier at the moment” to help manage expectations. Have organizations who purchase fundraising provide at least 1 positive review upfront. Can’t tell you how many times I have serious level donations to some nonprofit or school or some religious affiliated organization and getting one person to leave a review to say thanks for that is so freaking hard - even if they promised to do it beforehand. So 4 ⭐️s for all the fundraising services.

I bought two smoothies here two weeks in a row. First time I bought it, it tasted bitter and there are small hard objects in the smoothie, feels like rock or glass, so I throw it away. Today I went back, bought the same smoothie, and guess what, the small hard objects are still there. They are as small as strawberries seeds, but so hard you can hardly break them. I had to throw it away again and will never go back to this store. I always order Caribbean passion at Jamba Juice, never experience this at other store.
