NO GLOVES BEING USED TO HANDLE FOOD! I really like Jamba, just leaving a review to complain about this employee. I ordered online an açai bowl and arrived early to the store. I saw her prepping my bowl and saw that all the food was handled without gloves. I could have missed, but I did not even saw her wash her hand before grabbing the food.

I love Jamba but this place serves inconsistent drinks from what I'm used to getting from other locations. I ordered the smoothie with peanut butter and banana and I'm pretty sure they forgot the peanut butter. Somehow, I could taste the ice in the drink?

Got the ginger shot and there was some extra so she gave it to me in another cup. It’s always nice when people in the food service industry are generous enough to give the extras when they really don’t have to. However, my insides did not appreciate the gesture, as I was coughing for a while after taking the shot (but I’m sure my body thanked me for it later).

I was there today and I ordered a strawberry wild and got a tasty pretzel but the food was kind of burnt and it hurt my teeth because I did not want to waste it :(

Put in a mobile order at 10:51 am, arrived at the store 11:05 am, and it still wasn't ready. The associate blamed it on his break. He's gotta have his break before fulfilling any orders. What kind of store is this, so short-staffed? I won't be coming back anytime soon.
