Strawberry Acai bowl We came to the one on Capitol Express, San Jose to order this bowl and a large Peanut Butter Mood. We have an offer to get double points for any smoothies order. We tried the self-order without succes, then we got help from someone. He couldn’t log in the offer then he asked another one for help. The 2nd one couldn’t either, then he offered us a discount. We didn’t ask for it but thought it was very nice of them. When we got our order, we were like “what is it?!?!”. My daughter who ordered the bowl was like where the strawberry went. We ordered the same bowl on Tue and the bowl was full of strawberry, especially when we requested to sub banana with extra strawberry. And to my surprise, my smoothie was tasteless, it must have been watered down. Not sure what just happened to us. This wasn’t the first time we came to this location. Were they upset just because they felt like they had to give us a discount even though we didn’t request it. This is so wrong!!!!!!!!

The service is not very good they tend to forget they have customers waiting & go off chatting with each other. Also, my last 3 visits they have not had all the ingredients to make my orange dream machine. Very disappointing.

I love this location and the smoothies are amazing but I had a horrible experience today with the staff. The store closes at 8 PM and we got there quickly at 7:45, only to find a handwritten closed sign on the door. We walked inside and the girl at the front explained to us rudely that they could not help us as they had closed at 7:30 today, due to being “understaffed”. There were three employees there doing nothing. 3-4 people came after us and were told the same thing.
I want to order online use the BOGO 50% off coupon but failed many times, apps showed errors... so I came straight to the store and asked them if they can apply that promotion for me.I couldn't be happier that the store manager has free one smoothie for me because of the inconvenience I encountered with the apps.Excellent customer services!!!

This is the most amazing Jamba Juice ever. Having a food allergy it is always nerve racking for me trying to sort through what I can have the. The staff this morning was so amazing i forgot the young lady’s name that helped me but she was amazing. Knew what was in the smoothie what to take out and put in for me. I will always go out of my way and come here frik now
