Came in at the 10:37am was the first to order and three other customers received their orders before me. Ridiculous! I still hadn’t received my order after the other customers left the store and my order wasn’t in the works of being made either. Then requested a refund because I had to get back to work. The work acted as though I was inconveniencing him for requesting a refund after he made everyone else order in front of me.

After I placed my order on the kiosk, I then went up to the guy in the front (Asian man, 20-22 years old) to ask if they could add extra chocolate base. He then proceeded to not respond to me and looked at me with a disgusted face without even responding to my question. I then proceeded to say “is that possible, because I worked at a Jamba Juice before and I believe I know a thing or two about Jamba!”. He then proceeded to ignore me and walked away towards the back. I found it extremely rude that I was the only customer in store and this is how I am treated?! I have worked at Jamba Juice myself and never treated any customers like I was yesterday. If these associates do not want to work at Jamba, they should simply quit. Nobody forced them to go on INDEED OR LINKED IN AND APPLY FOR A JOB THEY HATE.

The manager was so rude to the employees. She was scolding them in front of all of us. This is the manager with the green hair. She didn’t allow one of her employees to take his break either.

Strawberry Acai bowl We came to the one on Capitol Express, San Jose to order this bowl and a large Peanut Butter Mood. We have an offer to get double points for any smoothies order. We tried the self-order without succes, then we got help from someone. He couldn’t log in the offer then he asked another one for help. The 2nd one couldn’t either, then he offered us a discount. We didn’t ask for it but thought it was very nice of them. When we got our order, we were like “what is it?!?!”. My daughter who ordered the bowl was like where the strawberry went. We ordered the same bowl on Tue and the bowl was full of strawberry, especially when we requested to sub banana with extra strawberry. And to my surprise, my smoothie was tasteless, it must have been watered down. Not sure what just happened to us. This wasn’t the first time we came to this location. Were they upset just because they felt like they had to give us a discount even though we didn’t request it. This is so wrong!!!!!!!!
