Behind the counter seems very dirty and unkept. Also, please tell your older employees(and all but specifically the older ones) to wear gloves while making the subs. Very gross of them to not automatically do that.

Most of the time my experiences are good here. The last visit the sandwich maker got my condiment wrong on one of my sandwiches so it had to be remade. He took it in stride. No attitude. I was happy.

Service sucked. Called in the order waited 10 min before going in. Saw my hot sandwich sit on the counter for almost 15 min. Now is Luke warm, didn’t know it was mine or I would’ve said something. Was waiting for the Cold sandwich. Didn’t seem to care when I asked about it. Held my tongue, kid in store. We’ve given them 5 chances, each one was something wrong. Since it changed hands sucks. Too bad it’s convenient. Guess we’re going to the Union ave. store.

First time ordering from here, I love jersey mikes. Ordered online for pick up even typed instructions on how we (my husband and I)wanted our sandwiches hot because I’m pregnant. Only to pick them up and see that they weren’t hot like we asked. We had to toast and warm them up ourselves at work. What’s the point of tipping if you won’t get the order how you asked.

Simply amazing. I always order the original Italian: Mike’s way, extra banana peppers, and light mayo on rosemary bread and it hits every single time. Only problem is that the bread can get kind of soggy (because of the oil/vinegar) but sooo good. Will always love jersey mikes, and only $12 for a regular. Amazing and always fresh.

Today was my first and last visit to Jersey Mike's. I had the most bland, boring turkey sandwich ever. Hard, stale bread, rotten lettuce and tomatoes. I tried to ask the girl working there some questions, since I'd never been there before, but she snapped at me to stop talking because she was running the meat slicer and couldn't hear me. She was slicing meat the entire time, when exactly am I supposed to ask questions?? Maybe stop running the slicer for a moment. It seems like the whole freshly sliced meat gimmick just gets in the way of actually taking care of the customers. In summary- really poor quality food, awful customer service, absurd prices.

The sandwich had so much water in the lettuce, the bun was completely soggy on the bottom. I did a pickup and waited so it’s not as if it sat. I’ve never experienced that before but it’s pretty discouraging.
Pretty quick service here. Like the commercial says, it's all fresh. Bread was great. Meat was good. Produce looked fresh. I should have taken a photo of my sandwich. Delicious.

Normally this place is good but today, when I came to pick up my mobile hour, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. The sandwich wasn't done right and they had lots of other people waiting while serving those who were in line. Isn't the whole point of mobile order to order ahead of time and skip the wait ??
