I love their sandwiches.Don’t bother with online ordering unless it’s more than an hour in advance. Ordering in-store is way faster.Kid-friendliness: If you have a picky eater, there aren’t many options.

I hope you are not in a rush going here. They are so slow. It takes forever to get one sandwich. Not a friendly place. Plus it is so hot inside, I was sweating waiting for my sandwich to be made.

Walk in and ordered large steak Chipotle with peppers. Then walked to pizza place 3 doors down. Waited for small pizza and went back to Jersey Mike's and my sandwich still wasn't ready. Had to wait another 10 minutes and watch as they kept filling phone orders and finally got me my 1 sandwich. Great tasting sandwich but why do we have to wait so long for it. This isn't just a isolated experience. Seems the norm for this location. Just shouldn't take 25 minutes to get 1 sandwich with.no line at all.

Me and my coworker ordered online and we got the same sandwich with different toppings. Neither sandwich was right and they were drenched in vinegar, it's not hard to look at a screen that tells you the exact ingredients someone wants. Please pay attention next time.

This is the slowest sandwich shop I've ever been to. Sandwiches are made at a glacial pace. Online orders are rarely ready by the time I arrive for pickup; often, they'll start preparing my online order after I've arrived to pick it up. This has happened numerous times.Sandwiches taste fine. The atmosphere is fine. The service is incredibly, ruthlessly slow.

I've come to this location several times. I usually order the Buffalo Chicken Philly. I started to order ahead because it takes so long when ordering in store. However, this is the 3rd time ordering ahead and all 3 times the order is not ready as scheduled. In fact, they don't even start until I get there. I enjoy the sandwich but not how long it takes.

I love Jersey Mikes and was expecting the normal 5 star experience when I visited this establishment. Sadly, the bathroom smelled worse than a gas station. The customer service at this place needs some serious work, I sat in line staring at the employee waiting for him to help me for a solid 10 minutes. Meanwhile, he ignored my presence and focused on making online orders. After 10 minutes, I asked when I, the customer standing right in front of him, was going to be helped instead of the faceless orders that did not need to be done for another 15 minutes (I looked at the receipts through the glass). He responded that I would not be helped until after the orders are completed, and his coworker just put down two new receipts for him. I walked out and am heartbroken at the lack of customer service this branch off Steinbeck in Los Gatos clearly lacks. Instead walked over to the bakery in the same plaza and got an amazing sandwich. If the same disrespect happens to anyone else, I highly recommend doing that instead if you're craving a sandwich.

I came in and the employees were busy, but still very friendly. The dude slicing deli meats made me a big kahuna. The sandwich was everything I wanted, and everyone seemed super chill & easy to talk to.(Subway could take some notes from this playbook!)I'll definitely come here again!

Ordered online. They said 30 min. I show up 40 min. Not ready. 5 more minutes they said. I sat in my car..went back in and come to find out it had not even been started. Just went yesterday and the food was amazing but it is obviously understaffed. Wiley does a great job, supervisor material, but no one in there is cheerful or happy. Too much pressure. Too busy for short staff. Advice for the owner, look at your reviews and change some things before you go out of business.

I love going to jersey Mike's. But I have a problem with the Lettuce on the sandwich Before It looked very fresh but Now they put old lettuce on your Sandwiches then I saw this girl. Throw the lettuce back in the tray that was on the table. And I work in A deli .and you're not supposed Use the lettuce When it turns brown you throw it away. And you don't put the old lettuce on top of the new lettuce You throw it away.
