Hands down... DELICIOUS fries!!Hubbs burger was also good/juicy with great flavor. Cooks got my chicken sandwich wrong, it wasn't crispy, it was naked and dry ?but I was out of time for a redo so I ate it. Bartender noticed the error, without me saying anything to him, and gave a discount with an apology, which is rare and awesome!

How is it possible to provide such terrible service. Yes, read the reviews first and thought how bad can it be!? We sat down, looked at by 2 servers but not greeted. Waited so long for anyone to show up to our table that we were packing up to leave and our server finally addressed us. Got the order all wrong, long wait with a plane to catch. The food was okay for airport food. Dropped a hundred dollars for a horrible experience and sub par meal. Shame on me.

Very lazy servers. We came in at 1020 and asked if we can order breakfast. There was less than 10% occupancy at the restaurant. They asked us to grab a table, no server turned up, another lady came and ordered breakfast at the bar. The server turned up just after 1030 and noted that we cannot order breakfast anymore. Obviously we left. Sometimes you wonder why people have to be rude.

Would give negative stars if i could. Staff are awful. Very rude. No one greets customers. SNo busy at all. 1 table and 1 additional person at bar. Sat down. Waited 10 mins for anyone to come, staff standing and talking watching customers. Finally Ruth came to my table. I asked if they serve coffee i was told yes. I said i will take a coffee ☕️. Ruth refused to take my coffee ☕️ order, stated you have to order food. I don't see any posts stating you must order food. The person at the bar just ordered a drink no food. Hmmmm probably other reasons my order wasn't taken, possibly the color of my skin. Don't come here, go somewhere else. Management should address this lack of service and maltreatment of customers.
Even though I gave this only 3 stars for food I will say that for where it is in SJC it is actually pretty good. But when compared against burger places not at airports it get dropped into mediocrity. Service was a little different. Not my favorite but it did work out to get me fed with everything I asked for. Lastly the atmosphere could be nicer. Tables could be more clean. But I did like that they had charging at each table. Being at an airport I thought that was really nice.

Chicken and waffles came with only 3/4 of a waffle. It’s insane how you can charge almost $20 for 3/4 of a waffle and two lame pieces of chicken and claim in the description you will get more than one waffle but only give a modicum of a waffle. Disgusting display of opportunism.

Echoing some of the thoughts others have mentioned. The service is slow (takes about 30 mins to get your order). When the food arrived, it was cold. Overall food flavors were mediocre and the chefs seemed to have been heavy handed with the lemon.The seating area is good and the place was not very crowded though.

10/9/23: Ordered a salmon sandwich (tastes great) and a coffee. After food was delivered, no one came and ask for what I need, the place is not that busy. The coffee came with small cup, I finished it in 10mins, and it was never offer to refill like most of the airport restaurant. Maybe short handed or just the way it is. Don’t expect to get your refill brew coffee. Now I’m in the Peet’s line.Update 11/8/23: Different server today, want to give it another try. There is only one guy (Joseph), but he took good care of everyone. Got my refill this time (what an irony). Salmon sandwich is good, and coffee is good.

Waited over 25 mins at bar for menus, it was not slammed. Bar tender was clearing tables before helping us, another person at the bar had to tell him we were next to get an order of a beer in. Skipped ordering food as it was super expensive and I had no faith it would come out in time. Watched another person struggle to order when there was no one else at the bar. Avoid this place, it's really not good.
