horrible service over the phone, had issues with my order and the woman dismissed me several times like she wanted the call to end quickly. also don't even bother getting in contact through the jollibee website, they won't give you a response. never got a resolution and it's been a month for somethind so simple. besides that, i've been here 4-5 times in the past and the food is mediocre. always room temperature and taste like it's been sitting out. the milpitas location is far better

very bad management. The manager here should be fired due to bad management. They messed up everyone's order, force customers to wait outside, and abandon the customers there. Very bad experience for thanksgiving
Jollibee is the #1 Chicken even in America as per some YOUTUBE videos that I’ve watched. My fave is the SPICY, soo good!!!
I just hope that once in a while people can also see Jollibee Mascot dancing here in San Jose, that would be great!!! Sharing how jolly Filipino people are.
