Ordered 10 piece spicy bucket and was told to wait 10 minutes as they were out, understandably. No issues we waited for 20 minutes and got our order. When we got home, the bucket had 6 original pieces and 4 spicy. Don’t give people a wait time and then pull this kinda thing by making up the count with what you have on hand vs. what people ordered. Funny to hide the original pieces all below the spicy, wonder what other shady things they do. Never experienced this at any other Jollibees.

The spicy fried chicken is one of the best I've tasted, the original is overly salty. So one has to know what to order to get good items from this franchise. Their version of MacDs apple pie is another good item to try. It has mango and adds a tropical touch to the dessert.

Waiting for take out about 20 min.Got home and some of my food was missing. I tried calling the restaurant a few times and no answer. I drove back to the restaurant about a 20 min drive to pick up the rest of my order. Disappointed by the situation and that the spicy chicken sandwich was dry. I don't think I'll be going back.

Fried chicken is really good, especially the spicy flavor.And don't forget peach mango pie, it's the desert you must have after finishing chickens.

The service is absolutely bad the staff was so careless. The food came out really quick under 2m but the chickens weren't hot and scripsy at all. The pie is so so bad I think it the old one which they left it from yesterday.
Servers blaming each other in front of guests. Half of the place was not being used. One server made a mistake, touched the food and put it back on the food heater. Wow!
