There are not many people during lunch time. The restaurant is small and the food is delicious.

While the food was served super fast, I wasn't impressed. I asked for a large Miso Soup and large dinner salad but, didn't get much more than 1 cup of Miso and a small appetizer salad. I was also charged for a Tea, I didn't order. Keep in mind they close at 2pm so, plan accordingly. I had no idea and was told I had 10 min left before they closed.

Be sure to spread some love and check out this mom&pop Japanese restaurant if you're ever in the area. This place has lots of special rolls, hand rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and hot kitchen entrees.

Unique rolls and fried dishes like the tuna popper. Fish was fresh and portions were generous!

Love the massive sushi rolls here. Their ratio of filling to rice is amazing. Seriously so much fish/stuffing per roll and the fish was also fresh and buttery. Reasonable prices too. The Mexican roll was $9.99, the O-philly roll was ($10.99), and the Spicy Crazy Roll was ($13.50). Miso Soup was perfect and a comforting side. Super kind service and a cozy ambiance.

I am super picky with my sushi because it’s something my stomach can’t handle well and so I know a place is good if my stomach can handle it. And this was the place! Ordered the spicy tuna popper and it was the best! Never had anything like it and luckily the spice wasn’t too bad because I can’t handle spicy ? the scallop rainbow roll and the spicy crazy roll was so fresh and delicious. They loaded it up with so much fish!! I can’t believe you get that much for the price. Truly can’t be beat. I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more people coming to visit. Wish the windows weren’t blocked cause we thought it wasn’t opened at first until you go towards the front. But besides that, you guys are missing out and need to check this place out if you haven’t already. Tons of parking in the back and service was great. The owner was so nice and friendly.

This place was average at best. The sashimi platter we got seems frozen and tough. The fish was quite chewy and had that fishy smell to it. When I picked up the fish it felt a bit tough almost like beef jerky and it just didn't taste fresh. The rainbow roll was average as well. Lots of rice but again, the fish on top just wasn't fresh. Disappointed as I saw the reviews and they were good, but it just didn't satisfy me. At least the service was good. The lady who served us was nice and polite so that's always a plus!

we stopped by here for lunch on a saturday and had no issues finding parking or getting seated. the owner of this place was really sweet! we didn't know she used to run happy sushi for a couple years before opening this spot. my fiancé and i really like happy sushi too, so no wonder this place is just as good. we started with the miso soup, which hit so good on a cold, rainy & gloomy afternoon. their spicy tuna popper was definitely one of our favorite appetizers we've ever had. the crunch of the tempura outer coating was phenomenal, and the jalapeño inside wasn't spicy at all. it was stuffed with tuna and drizzled with spicy mayo, which is always such a good combo.we tried two of their rolls. i think my favorite of the two was their crazy roll. the fish is super fresh here and didn't have any of that weird texture fish usually has when it's been sitting out for awhile. this roll also has tempura bits on the side drizzled with an unagi sauce. it was so good to snack on in between bites. we also tried their rainbow scallop roll, which was really good too. these rolls were pretty big in size, and we were definitely full by the end of our meal.overall, it was such a good lunch. we'll definitely come back again to try some of their other things!

Decided to come for dinner as I was craving sushi, and this cute little establishment was the perfect spot for satisfy those cravings. We got a variety of items: the jalapeno poppers, crazy roll, sahara roll, and miso soup. The portions were really large, and two of us got full on just the two rolls and the appetizer. The rolls also didn't skimp on the fish, and was generously filled with all sorts of fish. I personally loved the salmon on the sahara roll, as it was fresh and tender. Definitely recommend a visit!!

We accidentally found this place since we were in the area and we were looking for a nice authentic Japanese food. The place is not too difficult to find. Close to Russian Math School (since my son went there, so it's convenient for us just to walk over to Kai to have dinner nearby). We tried their Sashimi Rice. It was delicious for under $30. Most places sold the sashimi rice for more than $50. However for the sashimi quality that you'd get, it's worth it.We also tried their Katsu place. Definitely worth the money you spent! The portion is HUGE and for under $20 you literally can feed 3 people. In my case, one adult and two teenagers. And my kids eat alot! So $20 for a huge rice plate is definitely something that we would come back and re-order in the future. We tried also their Caterpillar Roll. It was filling and packed with avocado and enough protein. I love the fact that they didn't put too much rice, but the roll still looks huge. We will try their other rolls next time, maybe like unagi roll. Parking is always available on private lot, we definitely be going back.

A low key Japanese restaurant at a shopping plaza. The space is small but modern and clean. They offer a variety of menu items, with a long list of sushi rolls. We ordered the OEC roll and fire dragon roll, which turned out similar. They were tasty, although the fire dragon was not spicy at all. The chirashi was a great value with generous pieces of raw fish and toppings. I would order that again. The grilled squid was a great appetizer.Overall, this is good if you're craving sushi and looking for a quick place to go.
