Everything is great because now they have a “robot” that brings you your food. Lol.
The food came out hot and fresh. The all you can eat buffet is definitely worth it if you are a foodie.
Also, the server that was working was so friendly and helpful. He kept coming over to check on us.
Plus, he was so sweet to our baby.
They have free parking, high chairs, and bathrooms.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available!

I recently visited Kenzo Sushi in San Jose, and overall, it was an okay experience. The service was nice—staff were friendly and attentive, which I really appreciated.
The food, however, was just okay. It wasn’t the freshest sushi I’ve had, and that was a bit disappointing. The flavors were fine, but nothing really stood out. That said, for the price, it’s still a decent option if you’re looking for something affordable and quick.
If you’re not expecting top-notch quality, Kenzo Sushi is good for what it is. I’d give them 3 stars

The sushi is awesome. We ordered the spicy lion King roll, the 49er, spicy California roll, spider roll, and other good ones. I can't recall the names. Sometimes, I dine in and order from the all-you-can-eat menu. All of their food is good. I come here often. The chairs are uncomfortable to sit in because I have always disability where I can't sit for too long. I wish they had comfortable seats, but then people might stay too long and keep ordering off of the all-you-can-eat menu. I try to remember to take pictures of my food before I eat, but I'm usually ravenous and eat it first. The food looks visually appealing here, and the taste is great.

I was really looking forward to trying this all-you-can-eat sushi place, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The quality of the fish was subpar—some pieces tasted off, and the texture wasn’t fresh. The rolls were poorly made, falling apart easily, and lacked flavor. Even the rice was disappointing, which is a crucial part of good sushi.
Service was decent, but it didn’t make up for the food quality. For the price, I expected much better. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

It is the second ovation that I have experienced in this place. The first time very poorly attended. And on this occasion my son's stomach let go and my husband started having diarrhea at three in the morning and vomiting at 6 in the morning. He is in bed and feels very bad. You have to be very careful with foods that are consumed raw. This is my experience. Very expensive not very clean. No more visits.

Went on a busy night for the first time ever since my husband insisted we went he’s came her various time with coworkers. We waited patiently didn’t have an issue with the wait. When we were finally seated we placed the orders and waited, all the people seated after us began to get served and were already on 3rd plus round of sushi and we had yet to receive our order, we asked 3 different waiters in multiple occasions and were told they were working on it to please be patient. 45 minutes later no food just water. We decided to leave after waiting an hour to be seated and almost an hour for food, we approached the host to let her know we never got served as well and would just be heading out all staff was very passive about the situation and just told us “sorry” not even an attempt to make it right.
NEVER returning.

We brought pur whole family and did the all you can eat. The menu is on your phone, which made ordering for a large table a bit time-consuming since you can only order from 1 phone for the table. The food came out on a robot waiter, which the food came out at different times with no communication on when we could expect the rest of our order. The waiter that was helping our table was very attentive yet busy and he provided great service when he was available. The place was over very busy. The waiting area was overflowing into the dining area. This is a popular place, I usually see a line out the door on weekends. Overall, the food was good and it was a unique experience.

Kenzo is a San Jose staple. In a nutshell, it's where you go if you want plentiful 'ok' sushi. If you want "great" sushi, go somewhere else.
All-you-can-eat option is getting pricier, so my family come here less frequently for our sushi fix.

Went for dinner and got the premium option.! Kenzo definitely topped expectations. It was easily the best AYCE sushi I’ve had. The fish quality was up there and they didn’t skimp. The nigiri, rolls and hand rolls were all sublime. Highly recommmended!

Kenzo is always a banger. Especially that all you can eat part. It's like a challenge. What you mean you don't think I can eat more than 2 rolls? Lol. Challenge accepted!
