This is one of the oldest KFC I know . I drive here from the other side of town because they are always the hottest and freshest. All the others I've been to you can just tell chicken has been sitting for a while , biscuits are hard, and fries are old . Just saying I will always love this KFC ?

Manager was very rude. Ordered food paid for it online. I showed them the receipt my email and they still did not want to give me my order. The system error was on there and and they made it my problem very bad service.

The ESMERALDAO girl was so rude of her that she didn't even bother. She answered my greeting, I was waiting for my order and she told me the wrong number for my order and she was there and she was the only customer waiting and she was not good at telling me that that was my order. I was waiting for 15 minutes and until another cashier came, she She was Colombian and she treated me very kindly, not like the angry girl with glasses. Terrible cashier ??

Profit should NOT be the sole consideration. Serving days old chicken to customer is unacceptable!
