Didn't get a receipt. They are supposed to give a free meal if no receipt but they did not honor that.Dined in. Employee took a break directly behind me and played on his phone really loudly. No one else was eating there, but he still managed to sit directly behind me.Root beer was good but very sweet as usual. Seasoned fries and burger were very good.

About a month ago we order a 12 piece meal to go. The chicken was overcooked, dry and had no flavor, like it had been sitting around awhile. We went in around 4PM, so we figured it was a noon time batch of chicken being sold at the dinner hour. That was not the case. We went in yesterday and asked if they had a fresh batch of chicken. Emanuel was polite and said it was freshly made, so we ordered a 12 piece bucket to go. This chicken was no better than the last bucket we purchased. The chicken was a dark dark brown, extremely dry and basically unable to chew it. The skin was so dark, hard and dry, it resembled a petrified mummy. Once again, it went into the trash. I went online and sent a message to their corporate office requesting that they do a spot check of this location, if they still do that kind of checking. I also asked if they changed their coating and cooking times. Also, I used to order their hot wings on a regular basis (40 at a time) until they changed their batter. Now I see that they no longer sell the hot wings at all. This location will be go out of business if they keep selling hard dry chicken.

Irving was very friendly and we felt that we got a very good deal. Our order was fresh and correct, not to mention delicious!! Even though we just went there yesterday we are already looking forward to going back soon!!

Always slow and makes lots of mistakes including not fully cooked chicken wings. This store destroys my confidence with KFC completely.

Every time I go to this location , the food is old or wrong . The customer service is ok ,but it doesn’t matter if the food is old or wrong .i ordered a 16 piece didn’t receive 16 pieces also no breasts ,on the receipt it said 4 breasts , I recieved 8 thighs instead of four and four . Chicken tasted old as usual . Will no longer visit this location . Tried to give the benefit of the doubt because it’s so close to home .Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

I ordered a 12 piece meal on their app. I paid $8 for delivery AND left a tip. Apparently it was delivered by Door dash but wasn't ordered on DoorDash. The delivery person left only one bag with the fries, rolls and salad. I immediately tried to call the delivery person- recording saying # not in service. I also called KFC 4x's but the never answered. Here is why I gave the only 1 star: I drove over to KFC- told them what happened and the workers said they had to wait until the manager came back to get approval to give me the chicken even tho They and I had record of the order. I had to wait over 30 minutes for the manager to return. He eventually gave me the chicken after telling me the dasher picked up 2 bags in such one bag had the chicken. Probably very true. I told him I ordered on the KFC app not DoorDash and expected KFC to make this right. I don't understand why the workers could get ahold of the manager-said they didn't have his #. Really?? And why couldn't the hostess be given the permission to help the customer. Yes the Dasher stoled the food but KFC should have honored the order without question or delay. The management needs to train the employees better.

My mashed potato bowl was only luke warm.It needed to come with a biscuit not a hard cookie. The chicken pieces on top were rubbery. The pot pie was tasty... but again came with a hard cookie... that combo needs a biscuit too!The cheeseburger combo from the A&W side was not as well done as we expected and not too tasty. Fries were hot and fresh. The Root beer was yum!

It's ok. Their foods was not that hot. They also do not give what you want so you need to speak to them to get what you wanted. I noticed that the staff looked like that they are not in the mood to work in this job. They were not in the mood to see me. lol. Ok.. Guess I have to go another kfc. Staff, if you don't like working there, simple quit.

This place is THE WORST PLACE EVER! My husband went to order food and while he was waiting the employees were calling him f@@@@@@ American in Spanish and pointing at him assuming he spoke no Spanish. Then proceeded to not give him the food as ordered. I called the manager and he told me that he told his employee it was fine and that he wasn't there to hear any of it. KFC Corporate is my next stop which the manager told me he was going to call Corporate too. What the heck kind of place are they running?? This is San Jose and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE PEOPLE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!

We both know a KFC shouldn't a 4-star location, but here's what I have to say after living near this spot for 16 years. Firstly, this KFC is duo with A&W so you can basically get any fast food here. They have huge coverage and regularly run specials like the recent Jack Harlow meal (which was very value by the way). I believe that this is the strongest combo in San Jose as compared to things like Carl's Jr + Green Burrito, Wienerschnitzel and Foster's Freeze, etc. Do not sleep on this because of the next reason. Secondly, I regularly get mad coupons for this place so I'm getting unreal amounts of food for a $20 that I found in one of those dried up filter ponds. The coupons are a little double-sided sheet that works for both the KFC and A&W menu. I don't remember the specifics but it is approaching a Wendy's Biggie Bag in terms of value. Thirdly, I have read the other reviews and I gotta say I have not gotten any bad food, but I have received incorrect orders in the past so I always check before I leave. Admittedly there is sometimes a wait if you order a certain item (usually wings) maybe because people like to walk in and grab an order of 20 wings because they don't know how else to game the menu. Overall, the food is good and the coupons work and this place has gotten a lot better over the years. Normally 3 stars is my max for fast food but I am giving this one 4 stars for longevity and effort.

It happened this afternoon. Very bad service. The manager was rude. I ordered some wings with buffalo sauce, the price rang up was higher than the price advertised on the board. The manager walked up and said" because i ordered wing with sauce. The advertised price is only for no-sauce wing ". ( didn't make sense to me) , but when the guy punched in no-sauce wings , same price with buffalo wings. I was disappointed that the manager at first said she can't changed the price, then she punched in a cheaper side dishes and raised her voice to tell me amount I have to pay. Rude. Not recommended!!!!
