Quality of tenders have gone downhill ever since they stopped coating them in sauce. Any other chicken place tastes better nowadays.

Service was very slow ( I was the only person there) Staff were in the back talking for 3 minutes before asking for my order. Mid ordering the gal that was taking my order asked someone else to take over because she had a personal phone call. Took forever to get my order together. When I got home I realized the chicken was hard as a rock. Gross, not juicy, just old. I will return only once, to get my money back! I do not recommend this KFC. The KFC on Blossom Hill is 100 % better!

Worst KFC I've been to. Always messing up my orders. I had someone try to replace my biscuits with cookies as if I wouldn't notice when I called her out on it she said oh we are out of biscuits. I had to say you weren't gonna say something to me? Just substitute on your own. Management let's them sit in the lobby on their phones while nothing is stocked up and food isn't ready. Kind of laughable

This is by far the worst KFC that I have ever been to. We live right by them and have held back because I want to see them improve but this time was the last straw. It had progressively gotten worst each time. Seriously if you're in the area and considering going here, drive an extra 5 minutes to the one on Blossom Hill exit. It's night and day.

I don't generally write reviews but here it is. Second time at this location and food was bad. Thought I'd give it another chance. I ordered 2 original chicken breast, mash n gravy and a biscuit. Chicken was over cooked to the point chicken skin was stuck on meat and chicken was so dry. Well the rest of meal wasn't any better. Very disappointing. The only good thing was the 2 workers that helped me were nice.
This KFC has been bad for a while. I came back just to try and see if things are different and No, they are still bad. The employees act like they don’t want customers coming Thru the door and are very lazy when you watch them work. The chicken never comes out right. They do something with their batter where it’s not the same as other KFCs. I will bot come back here again.

Went here today for a quick lunch break since I did not have KFC for a while. Went in to place an order, and they call my number when its done. I left, but they forgot to give me my drink. I came back to get it, and the cashier said the worker that give me the drink that the cashier were going to get the drink for me. Maybe the speak/sound like a chipmunk so I didn't hear it. Anyway, my meal comes with mash potatoes and they forgot to give me the utensils. I just have to eat it by using the pointy cap container that comes with the mash potatoes. Anyway, food was not good, and I have to go #3 right after I ate it. So idk, food is bad, preparation for order is bad, so I probably not recommending this place.

I foolishly keep wanting to give this location a chance, but I can’t figure out why. They are incredibly slow just to give you the wrong order. I thought maybe they’d be faster if I DoorDashed, but nope. I won’t blame the slowness on them, although it was likely their fault, but I ordered a breast big box and got 5 dried out legs, and half a biscuit. I’m done, I don’t care how convenient it might be.

Walked in on my lunch, waited 5 minutes, just to see the employees in the back conversatinng, so I walked outand went to subways sandwiches where always fresh and have great service,no more kfc for me from this location anyways
