8-29-2025At 10 o'clock in the evening, the male receptionist had a very bad attitude. He never checked my order number, only asked my name. I made a mistake, but my order number was correct, which wasted me 30 minutes. He was really bad.

The original here is always soggy. They overprep and leave the chicken sitting in the warmer boxes. You get your order immediately and it feels like you still picked it up too late. Nice service though.
Came twice just to double check. First time, I ordered chicken sandwiches; soggy. Second time, I tried the drums and thighs and tenders. Extra crispy was still somewhat crispy; original was soft, even a little damp.
Also, if you order from their terminals, there's no option for a paper receipt. I could've sworn that's actually illegal; they're required by law to hand over a physical receipt if requested and they can't. Management should probably fix that.

They don't give enough ketchup and hot sauce. i ordered an 8 piece and they gave me 2 packs of ketchup and 2 packs of hot sauce. like what the heck?

The manager was training a cashier when I order my food. She was helpful and offered great customer service skills.
The cashier was very nice, unfortunately whoever prepared the fry bowl just gave me hard fries and everything was cold like I was kinda confused why the cheese wasn’t melted but this was highly disappointing. You can just let me know it’ll be a 10 min wait or something instead of giving me scraps of cold food

The service at this place was wonderful, helpful and even very friendly. The food to go on the window service not so good. I got fries as one of my sides for a family meal and they were extremely salty (yuck) I also ordered a large mashed potato which the tub it came in was NOT FULL at all but the large gravy sauce that I ordered was full. See the pictures attached. With a teaspoon I served 3 scoop which was barley 2 oz as a serving not enough to feed 3 people or 4 people. I ordered 6 biscuits and they did not give me any butter at all (given they asked me if I wanted any ketchup or hot sauce and I said no but I ordered 6 biscuits butter should be automatically), no napkins and only 2 spoons. For a 50 dollar meal all these this should be included. Side note: Looks like I can't upload pictures
