Very unpleasant place. I picked up an Uber eats order here. Restrooms are closed to visitors. When I asked for the key to use the restroom, the employee was rude and insisted that I first confirm on the app that I had accepted the order, even though the order was still on their shelf. there was no soap in the restroom. In general, don’t order there.

On three separate occasions, this place’s drive-thru has given me an incomplete order.
Horrible. Didnt event give sauce or the reciept. The wait time was so long. About 30 minutes.

Yeah was not given my full order was not worth it and on top of that the overweight guy with glasses working behind the counter was super slow and super rude even though my uber was waiting, I was in a hurry, they had plenty of time and didnt need to resort to pettiness but they did I'd wise up and avoid this bullet for sure. Oh and they didn't have this, how about X. Paid for 4 biscuits and received 2. RUDE.

Wanted to see if they had apple pie, and the worker at front said yes. Then they charged us for pot pie, instead of apple pie. Worker at front didn't understand English. Then we wanted a refund and then the manager comes in and says no and becomes rude. Aidan is the managers name, he was probably not in the mood on a Friday night . Please be respectful and kind next time Aidan and make sure the person taking the order understands what the customer wants. Don't come here ever again.I asked Aidan the manager if they have apple pie and he didn't know what it was. How incompetent and he is the manager. Big joke to be a manager land Rude as hell. Terrible store.

Usually won't try KFC and even with new items it rarely crosses my mind but their new wings are well worth the value.At 8 pieces for $5 it's a solid lunch and if you enjoy wings with rice they go well with that too.
I ordered 3 pieces crispy chickens by drive-thru but got only 2 pieces when I got home and they weren't crispy. This was not the 1st time they made mistake.

I love the new Ultimate BBQ Fried chicken combo meal I love how you can customize it however you like it and the fries are so good I also love the little lemon cake it's so good I also want to try the cole slaw as well

I had not been at a KFC for decades, but this past week while in San Jose for some days and having only one hour between meetings, my colleagues and I decided to go there (we were looking for taco truck but A/C with the heat outside was more attractive). Besides. who does not like fried chicken? The service was perfect, store perfectly clean, however my chicken sandwich and fries were disappointing. Soggy, not looking very attractive and just passable as 'something to eat'.
