That thin, dark-skinned girl gives a very bad image. It is a very bad presentation to argue in front of clients and to serve the internal staff poorly. I didn't even have the desire to return. More training is needed in front of clients.

Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, I got only gravy with no mashed potatoes, also tenders were soggy and breading was falling off.

If you are reading this KFC - You guys will run out of business if you don’t understand this.
I am from India and the quality there is outstanding and the fried chicken here is literally the worst thing Ive ever had. My opinion isn’t based on single visit with any particular location. I tried at 8 different stores in 3 states, NY, WA and CA still no luck!
-Salty fried chicken (no balance of taste) -Oily ( some issues with coating mixture) - It will never be crispy even when consumed straight out of oil.

On May 22,24 @11:26am we had the pleasure to Discover a KFC. After a long morning at the hospital… we had a coupon for 9pc and 2 smashed potato and gravy and 4 biscuits.we also asked for a side of coleslaw. So are order was ready and Mateo the cashier said there’s no biscuits and we only gave you 3 and added a small drumstick to your order cuz the biscuits would be ready for 20 minutes I said just give me more gravy. He sad no. Mind you I have a disabled dad with me and I couldn’t wait 20 minutes.. I’m also very disappointed that we arrived home and our order was still not complete we were still missing The smashed potato and gravy like the coupon stated instead, he put coleslaw I truly don’t get it fast food employees want to make $20 plus an hour, but they can’t even get an order right. I truly don’t recommend this KFC to anyone near the area. You’ll be very disappointed.
