The service was nice. The cashier was very nice. The biscuit was hard as a rock. The chicken really not as hot as I would like it to be. They could have done a little bit better. It was slow.Wheelchair accessibility: I think the handicap should be where you pick up. Orders that people are to lazy to get off there car and order.

It's a great KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) and TACO BELL restaurant to stop by and get some delicious food for individual and group parties. I love the three piece drumsticks and thighs fried chicken meal combo with big bowls of mashed potatoes/gravy & coleslaw, biscuit, and soft drink. I also love the taco combo meals. I always visited this place when I went to the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden. The staff of this restaurant are very nice and professional. The dining area and kitchen area are very clean. The restroom is very clean as well and provided the towels.

5 stars to this KFC/Taco Bell. It is clean & spacious. We came here after a Halloween party in Redwood City, and the kids were all starving. It was a perfect combination, since majority of the kids wanted KFC & the adults were craving Taco Bell. Only bad thing about this place is that it doesn't have a drive thru. Other that, it's a great place to have lunch or dinner anytime.

This has been my go to spot for chicken since I was little. The food, for me, has always been great but what this sets this place apart it's crew. I've seen a lot of people come and go but the current staff is awesome especially the night crew. It doesn't matter what you come in like they are ready to serve you happily. And for me that makes the food taste that much better.
Food was so fresh today! The biscuits and tenders were piping hot! Didn’t know they had a bigger version of the chocolate chip bundt, was very moist. They also have espresso (limited time option) and lemon. They have been redeemed since my last visit, maybe it was just a bad day.

Yesterday night after a long treatment session at the O'Connor hospital I decided stop by the Kernell. I do not regret this one bit, I was very exhausted and had no patience to deal with people but luckily the cashier was very sweet and helpful. I couldn't decide what to order so she recommended a few things that helped me come up with my order. Since I wasn't feeling so well she also recommended a chocolate cake which was so good; I definetly recommend this place it was very clean and fast paced not like any other KFC. Thank you so much for this amazing dine in experience Valerie!
I was using the bathroom and the manager kept knocking at the door then opened while I was in the middle of pooping. When I asked her why she did it she said well there is only one bathroom

Order placed online was incomplete and I did not realize until I got home. Quality of what food I did get was ok. After waiting an hour on the customer service line to get a refund I gave up.

The restaurant (counter, earing area, etc.) was clean & the employees were very friendly. My order was prepared fairly quickly, which is always nice. This location (Bascom Ave) is a bit out of the way- we've had a bit of trouble lately with the closer location- but it is worth it.
Overall, this KFC is pretty good, but they are a bit slow and forget to give you essential items, like: gravy for your mashed potatoes. Granted they were busy, but that's one thing you shouldn't forget, am I right? They were really nice and other than that one thing, no complaints.
