Wow. I thought all KFCs tasted pretty much similar, but wow, the chicken here is so much better than at other KFCs. Friendly staff. Great job. You all deserve the 5 stars!

Today, I had an extremely terrible experience with this guy. I’m a regular customer here and have really liked this restaurant because it’s close to my house. But today is the weekend, and I was working for DoorDash. I placed an order at this restaurant, and when I arrived, he told me I was 6 minutes late and had been waiting outside, so he wouldn’t give me the order.

But I actually arrived 2 minutes early, and I truly don’t understand why he said that. I still waited, and some other staff members were willing to give me the order, but he kept walking around saying not to give it to me.

Then I approached him and asked why. He had a very bad attitude and spoke to me extremely rudely. He even used some racially discriminatory words toward me. I never expected to experience something like this from him.

I sincerely hope the restaurant will review this person’s behavior. As for me, I will never return to this store again and will definitely tell my family and friends about this.

This was truly a terrible experience. I will be contacting my lawyer regarding the racial discrimination and the condescending attitude he showed me.

Clean place, workers very nice people...food is excellent too! Johnny took care of my orders & was very courteous & professional. I got 2 -3 piece combos...this is very good place to go if you near south king road...5 stars!

No touchscreen panel? Kiosk? to view complete value meal deals & complete full menu, other taco bells & kfc's have them inside but not this one: 2415 S King Rd, San Jose, CA 95122 this place is always crowded inside as well

If you get a two-piece dark with fries. You're going to get the smallest chicken legs you've ever seen. You will be able to see the bone exposed. Very dry. And you will get a small handful of fries.

IF I CAN GIVE A 0/5 stars I would. The Cashier Jonathan accused me of stealing, said and I quote I’m going to check the cameras to see if you received it or not. Do you get paid well enough for that? What a waste of breath you think I’m going to steal a fing cake, what a waste of space close this location down.

I am very disappointed in how long I had to wait for my food. I wasted my whole lunch waiting in the drive thru because orders were all messed up. On top of that, management was extremely unprofessional & Most likely stoned.. dont get me wrong , im 420 friendly but danggg im a high functioning pot head, they couldn't even respond!!! You get to work with Food and probably eat whenever you want!!!! I DONT!!! My chicken wasn't even crunchy either smh , it was all oily and soggy...... Probably because of the long wait and all the orders they had to fix .
