The chicken was fried to fast. And the biscuit was not cooked all long enough. The inside of the biscuit is half damp & sticky, not baked throughly. I dumped my food out. I called the store & no one answered.

The food could’ve been more crispier (unless that’s how the order is; I ordered #7)When I went to return the extra utensils, the cashier seemed busy and didn’t care about it, which is fine because they were helping another customer.The KFC was incredibly empty, which I don’t mind, and everyone seemed to only be involved in their own business, which is pretty nice, but I like background noise so this is a personal preference.

I love to order fried chicken here because the store is very close to my house. But recently they marinated the chicken too salty, not like before. Don’t know why! Really disappointed ☹️

They have a policy posted up on the wall outside the store stating that if they do not hand you your receipt that your meal is free, they never handed me mine. When I brought it to the attention of the worker after I received my food at the second window they just handed it to me. Also didn't let me pick my sides. They just have me coleslaw

Poor customer service. We stopped on 5/22/2023 through the drive-through and ordered 8 pieces bucket, dark meat only. when we got home we had both white meat and dark meat. I called the store and spoke with Daisy the manager. She was very unhelpful and wanted me to come back that day. However, I didn't want to drive in traffic, and I ask her if I could stop by tomorrow she said no very bad customer service.

I come Here often and they always get my order right. I only go through drive thru. They seem to struggle to hear me through the speaker buts it's not a big deal. The lines can get really long so I sometimes have to wait. Not much tho. The food is always fresh and they take the time to repeat the order back. When paying however, they always seem to be short on change so try bringing some coins. I don't mind not getting like 15 cents back but the car in front of me was arguing over two cents. The staff is friendly too. I like coming back. They basically know my order already. Would recommend

To whom it may concern, my overall experience had to be the worst . If I my be More specific .. .ordered the pot pie and chicken strips all out of chix for the third time . Regardless the pot pie was cold and couldn't find not one morsel of chix .. ..disappointing because the used to be good moving on to the chix strips cold as well and chewy crusty stale so bad the dog put his nose up at it....that was a first but no exaggeration . Than to boot because I live right up the street decided to bring it back that didn't work because now it was five min. To 10 pm and the employee who goes by the name vd has an attitude ignored me at the drive through window acknowledged my presence than proceeded to totally ignore me as if she new why I came back knowing how old the food served was not suitable for sale while sitting at the window waiting and waiting for at least ten min. Ok Now I'm thoroughly discusted.told my self I would make a point of trying to give them another opportunity to kfc to make it right ....well I was wrong returning 2 nites latter ari ving at 9:30 brought it to vds attention she blew it of with an attitude to boot worst customer service I ever had and she chose not to make it right . Call me stubborn but I had to give kfc another chance and ordered the new item they call nuggets only because they chose not to cook anymore so chix ...oh my that was a mistake that had to be the worst excuse I've ever tasted for it was all breading or whatever it was to to try to pass of for chix my dog as well would agree couldn't believe it he usually eats anything .haven't tried taking those back .....what's the point . So the manager can tell me to suck wind with her rudeness. Totally disgusted and had it with kfc

I recently visited KFC in East San Jose and was underwhelmed by the experience. While the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, the food was disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the sides were lacking in flavor. Additionally, the prices were higher than I would have expected for the quality of the food.Overall, while the service was decent, I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking a satisfying meal.
