This place steals your money. You pay for your food and after the transaction is done, they make you wait to tell you that they can’t give you your food because you “did not pay.” Still given the same response after pulling out the bank statement that shows they took the money.

Ordered ahead of time commuting from east bay to San Jose food was ready by the time I got off freeway. Chicken was fresh and crispy! Great if you're ordering for big family dinner because Safeway & Lucky's are always sold out.

I would give this place 0 star . Don't go to this place, the people who work here are unprofessional and dumb especially manager. She should be on top of these people, instead she's chatting away instead setting example for her employees. I don't know, but most people that work in this area are pretty stupid , no common sense at all. Food is disgusting stale food. I made a mistake coming to place never again

The appearance, texture, and temperature of the food were fine; however, both me and my dinner mate noticed that the extra crispy chicken completely lacked spices. We know how it should taste having consumed it for more than four decades, as it were. Perhaps the preparers omitted the spice packate that day?

Does not seem what I remember many years ago, 2 PC meal, 1 small drumstick and 1 small thigh, biscuit a lot smaller and dried out not nice and fluffy and hot.

AMAZING chicken.. I like KFC but this was above and beyond!! Especially amazing as it was quick with only 3 staff members. The biscuits (YUM !!) and coleslaw were great but the chicken was on a planet of it's own !!! Thanks !!

The last time I've been to this location was when it also was a Long John Silvers a few years back. Since the Double Down was released I decided to come to this location since its the nearest two days ago.. I went there 30 minutes before closing and got my order by the time the cashier gave me my change back. The food was great so based on this visit, I would recommend coming here.

I am surprised to see such a low rating for this location. KFC is a place we probably go maybe twice a year. But I just popped in to pick up some chicken for my grandkids and the place was extremely clean and organized. Not busy at all for 5:30. And the several young workers I interacted with were all clean, bright, cheerful and exceedingly polite! Food was ready in no time and I assume it's as tasty as it always is. I didn't eat it. Although I did nibble a spicy fry on the way to deliver it, and it was very tasty and crisp. Not oily. (Not overly spicy at all either) I'm not really sure what more you could want from a fast food place. Is it cheap? No. 8 pc family bucket will run around $34 but all food items are high now. For the occasional treat this was a good option. Whomever is hiring and training over there is doing a great job.

I came in pretty late at night tonight, maybe 30 minutes shy of closing. I got the classic chicken sandwich.Lady at the counter was cordial and polite, we chatted a bit. She let me know the fries were going to take a bit - no problem.I get my sandwich and drive home, and I'm not kidding, the sandwich looked like it was dressed up for the advertisements. Everything was picture perfect, juicy from the first bite. I'm not in love with the KFC fries but still up to quality standards.This one's run right, folks.

Horrible customer service. I came to get dinner for my family and when I mentioned the order the employees rolled their eyes and said "omg are you serious" for "such a large order" I walked out because they made it seem like they were very unhappy with assisting us. I also said "it seems like you don't want me to place the order here" and the boy said "no we don't". Do not recommend this location. There's another KFC close by with much better customer service that helped happily that night.
