The KFC 2 Blocks from our house on South King rd, the combination Taco Bell KFC cheated us on the $20.00 fill up. So instead we drove 3 miles to another one one on Monterey Rd near Capitol. The service was excellent, the food was excellent quality and the order was complete. This will be our new KFC well worth the drive!
It is a place where it smells a lot like a pipe, it smells a lot like a pipe, good service but very bad, the space smells a lot like a bathroom!!??????

Okay well first off I didn't even want to come here , but of course I went against my gut and came and by far the worst decision some beyond Rude Buiscuit head employee named Dalia was beyond rude and bad attitude. If you don't want to be a cashier take yourself to the back and go cook some chicken or clock out , before you get clocked out !! She was arguing with with a customer who returned food and wanted her money back, the way she treated her almost made me reach over the counter! . Then I waited for my food and people ordered after me and got their food. THEN We argued for good 5 minutes.I dont know who you think you are but you're working at KFC cooking chicken sweetie by choice , if you don't like it put some heels on and work on Monterey road where you belong !!!

It's got a convenient drive through with great service as for the atmosphere it's near a 7 eleven so it's not the cleanest area inside the restaurant it's nice but very near homeless encampments that's why I gave it two stars

The prices are expensive but the customer service here is always excellent. The staff are always friendly and willing to help you with a smile and the dinning area looks cute and is always clean.

I walked in to order. Stood there for about 5 min. watching the workers talk to each other. When the girl came to me, I asked her if they have a deal that I saw on the app. She said "no" and walked away. I don't want to bother them talking, so I left.

I was only gonna take away one star for the place smelling funky and and charging for sauces.But now they're giving out OLD FOOD so they lose another star.I just started going there because of the new chicken nuggets and the other KFC (used to be good) is horrible. I usually use the makeshift-drive-thru but today I walked in and it smelled so funky I wanted to puke. ?In the past, when I walked into any KFC it would smell so good I'd wanna order everything! This place kinda smells like old KFC food that's been left in the corner, nauseating. ?I ordered 12 nuggets and only got 2 sauces and had to pay for the rest. You get 2 sauces with 8 nuggets how come you don't even get 3 sauces for 12? It doesn't even make sense, but that's a KFC thing not this particular store.Although, that being said, some restaurants don't nickle and dime you to death for every sauce. Some restaurants are just courteous enough to give you a couple of extra sauces and would only charge you if you asked for an excessive amount.I should have asked for the sauces for free since he did not give me a receipt for them even though I paid for them after I ordered. He just put the money near the register. There is a huge sign that says if you do not receive a receipt you get your order for free. I should have said something, but I just didn't feel like it.I bought a chocolate cake that said to sell by Friday 4/21 (made 4/17). It's Monday 4/24! So that means they had a chance to throw it away on Saturday and they did not! Neither did they on Sunday! And of course neither did they on the THIRD DAY Monday. NO quality control! I bought the cake at the very end and I didn't get a receipt for that either, although that time he did ring me up.It seems like all the KFC's just don't care about quality and service anymore. ?
