They remodeled the building but didnt invest in normal portions or good customer service! I have been going to this store many years. Sure they needed more cashiers, but the service was usually very good, pleasant cashiers and good portions. I went there last week and the service was HORRIBLE!!! Not to mention the portions were TINY!! both the drumsticks that I received were smaller than the biscuit!! Bertha the manager needs to go back to customer service training!
