It was a take-out. They had my order warm and ready when I got there so happy about that. The food was delicious and I would have enjoyed it more if it was not too spicy (and I can handle reasonable spiciness). The papaya salad - which I love - was so spicy I went red in the face and had to toss 2/3 of it but the curry was more tolerable, maybe because I had it with rice. Next time, I'll ask if the can make it less spicy.

Wait time was very long otherwise you cannot go wrong w any item they offer. Prepare for smaller parties

I like the fact that they have street food and specialty like Khao soi from Northern Thailand. Those are not items you find in your typical Thai restaurant in the States. Despite pretty busy on a Sunday night, the service was very good. We ordered the Northern spicy sausage and Pla Duk pad Red (catfish). The sauce of the catfish dish is so good, especially with rice. The Northern spicy sausage was not spicy and a bit dry. The dish was not that big. I expected a bit more for $21. We got the mango sticky rice for dessert and it was decent.

The food was delicious. We did take out twice and done in once. I like how they carefully wrapped the take outs so there is no spillage. Waitress was friendly and attentive.

I ordered takeout online and the order was ready on time at the promised time (20-30 min), and the items were well packed. The pad kee mao with chicken tasted good (other meat options have additional charge) and wasn't too oily with a good amount of veggies, meat and noodles. The mango sticky rice was very lovely and had some crunchy rice krispies sprinkled on top of the rice, with two halves of a mango. I really enjoyed this dish, though it was a bit more on the expensive side ($14) for me. Staff member was able to find my order quickly, though they seemed a bit curt about takeout orders (just handed a bag to me and said nothing). Parking was alright given it is a shared lot, but seemed like it could fill up quickly during the evening times, there is also residential streets nearby that you could walk over from. Inside had a good amount of tables, so dine is also a good way to go. I'll probably be back to try a few more items on their menu!

It has delicious food , great service and nice ambiance. Would highly recommend! What I appreciate the most about Khaosan Thai is the clearly labeled gluten free items that I am able to eat.

Kahosan has been trending on social media so it was time for me to finally give it a try. On a Monday, it was busy around 6:30pm. I came with my bf and we were seated right away but someone didn't come back for us for a good ten minutes. I love the open kitchen concept. My bf wanted to try something new and got the Khan Mun Gai Tod sub ginger rice for jasmin rice. I just got my pad thai chicken, as I wanted a classic dish after a long weekend out. It was both our first time having Khan Mun Gai Tod and we really enjoyed it. Simple dish with a fried crispy chicken. Dipping sauce was HOT and the complimentary soup was nice to round out the dish. It reminded me a lot of food my mom used to give me as a child. The portions.... Holy. They are huge. I ate some. My bf ate some, and I still have a big portion for lunch! Overall, the food was alright. The flavor was lacking. The pad thai noodles were round and yellow rather than the usual flat noodles I am used to. I would come back again if I was in the area, but this just wasn't my favorite. Coke, our server was super nice and attentive!

Great food. Good service. A little small and can get loud with a group. Outside is nice to sit weather permitted. Been here several times now and always delicious.

Food is very good. Ambience very casual. Service could be more friendlier and better overall.

Everything we ordered was really good! Especially the crispy deep fried fish (I could not remember the full name on the menu)! Will be back again soon.

Had a strange experience here.We ordered the khaosan and the crispy pork belly and both were 5/5 .But the strangeness was how our waitress treated us.- they poured out water into the glasses at the tables on either side of us but not us.- they walked up and delivered our order to our table without eye contact or even a word, but they were nicer to the people on either side of us and said stuff like "enjoy your meal"- we were given our check before one of us was done eating. They asked the other tables if they wanted to order dessert before bringing them their checkIn a void, the service we received wasn't all that out of place for the bay area, but it was strange that we were the only party that was treated this way

We have a member of our group that is allergic to fish sauce. At other Thai places we have had no problems getting dishes that can be adjusted to have no fish sauce but I understand that isn't possible everywhere. However we called ahead and asked detailed questions about the menu items, they told us it was no problems and almost all menu items could have it removed. Well we went for dinner and that was not the case at all; they offered about 2 menu items that didn't have fish sauce in them to begin with and then said well sorry everything else has it and we can't make it without it. We wouldn't have gone if this was the case and it was pretty disappointing.

Very small restaurant with a few outside tables. Staff are very nice. Food was delicious and tasted authentic. Khao Soi broth was very flavorful. I wish there was some more veggies in it. The Tom Kha Mama noodle soup (says limited item) had instant ramen noodles in it but would have appreciated any other noodles (rice or yellow). The seafood in it was fresh and not overcooked. Biggest negative is that it was very pricey for a small restaurant in the south bay.

The yellow curry was cooked perfectly and the added chicken was very juicy. The Thai tea was not sweet and was free with the lunchtime menu. It was fresh and's you can't beat that authentic flavor with a little bit of spice.

My friend and I came here on a friday night at 6pm and there was no wait! We got the thai tea, tom yam soup, and pad thai. All tasted really good, especially the soup Would definitely come here to try other dishes. Atmosphere is okay... Inside seating is cute but outdoor seating is literally in the parking lot which isnt too cute lol but if ur coming for a quick bite, i would recommend it!
