The King Eggroll off Story road is way better but this place still hits the spot. Call a couple hours ahead for large Eggroll orders. They are fast!

Prices have gone up and the quality of food has gone down. Food was greasy and flavorless. The owner wasn't very friendly and seemed bothered. We won't be going back

On Leigh Avenue. Almost all the of the prices had tape over them which is suspicious to start. Once i saw that i started thinking i should leave but a stayed. As i was waiting one lady was helping someone pay and the other lady was on phone having a conversation that i could hear from front door. I waited there for 2-3 minutes - lady on phone never acknowledged i was there never looked up from the phone and i left without a singing word. I wanted to give zero stars but it would not let me.

zero stars this place is ass and has no flavor ! taste stale and waste of my money , not worth it & charging $3.50 extra for teriyaki chicken that aint even got flavor? it tastes dry and i'm never coming back .

Go to another location! Any other location besides this one!! The egg rolls here don't even taste as good as they do at other locations.They change their hours and close early without notice. The food here is not fresh and always seems cold.There is one rude ass lady that works here that doesn't wear shoes and is on her cell phone taking selfies every time I come in.One time there was a two-year-old with a spoon running around behind the counter and he was messing with the food.The parking lot is a mess and the "reserved" parking for the restaurant is usually occupied by the customers from the smoke shop next door.Also, there are a lot of random people hanging out in this parking lot and it's not an easy place to pop in and out of.They are also closed on TUESDAYS!!

My only complaint is sometimes the owner is rude ,they charge this random tax on all items ,and when you order aheadYou STILL have to wait in line to pick up .The eggrolls and chowmeinBest in San José HANDS DOWN ...The guy who works there is PHENOMENAL....the owner should 5ake some customer service tips from him.
I have never had an issue with King Eggroll. We buy from them at least once a month. The lady I dealt with today on Leigh she was very rude. Seemed like I was bothering her phone conversation. Was not being very clear about quantities and prices. I ended up paying $68.00 for 34 eggrolls. Maybe that is the correct price but all I can do is try to calculate on my own as she didn't even give me a receipt. The friendly helpful service I am used to at ALL King Eggroll locations was not what I received today ? very disappointed.

Horrible customer service, I stopped by this place for lunch and the lady at the register was terrible. As it was my turn to order food she answered her personal phone speaking very loudly where she clearly could not have heard what I was trying to order. I asked her for 2 shrimp balls and she gives me 3. I ask for 2 egg rolls and she was trying to give me 3 as well. I then ask her for extra sweet and sour sauce and she says “there is no more and throws in siracha sauce” without me even wanting any. I would give this place an ZERO star if I could. Definitely not coming back to this place ?.

Service was awful, no one came to serve food for over 5 minutes while there was a line. The lady who came it was rude and was angry, all while answering 2 phone calls. Will not be coming here again.
