If you’re craving Korean Fried Chicken then head over to Kokodek, it is phenomenal! Chicken breading is extra crisp, not too thick, and the sauce flavors are great and well complimented by garnishes. Don’t sleep on the spam musubi, it’s bursting with flavor. Staff are incredibly welcoming ?

The crispy chicken bowl was great, my wife got the sampler and that was also great. So great that I am leaving a review in spite of being too full to fully breathe.

Another fried chicken spot to add to the South bay. Located in the saratoga plaza, it is a great addition to this plaza. I came on a Sunday evening with Friends. We were greeted at the door and the menu was small and to the point. I loved that we were able to order flats only. Only problem is you can't easily identify how many pieces you get per order. Like what is regular vs double dek or cornish hen?! Haha. Me and my friends got the soy garlic and green onions mustard sauce. You can see the open kitchen concept which is great. They do not have any tap water for you, so you do have to buy bottled drinks. Food came out faster than I can open my can of soda. It was nice to get the food right away. Chicken could use a bit more crunch to it. I was not a big fan of the pickled radishes or coleslaw. Bathrooms are shared with Burger King but are clean!

They are temporarily closed for renovations and plan to reopen on 12/08/2023, as indicated by a sign on the door.

I just passed by and went into it, we took the sampler menu, it is delicious, very testy Asian flavor, peanut topping, honey sauce, every single wings, drumsticks is well cooked, to box is ver well designed, Andrew( I believe) the owner is a very happy guys with a lot of smile. You can see he really puts his heart to make his food and welcome his customers, I wish I could buy more with whole family, Bravo, keeping good food, will come back soon. ?Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to peanut, you need to mention it

The marinated Bulgogi beef, a true culinary masterpiece, is an explosion of sweet, savory, and deeply layered flavors that delight the senses. The beef, perfectly marinated, offers a symphony of tastes that tantalize the palate, and a subtle hint of pineapple adds a refreshing twist to the dish. It's a balance of flavors that few can achieve, making each bite an unforgettable experience especially with the fried egg to top it off.Equally remarkable is the crispy panko-breaded chicken thigh bowl, elegantly drenched in a delectable sweet and spicy sauce. The juxtaposition of the crunchy, golden-brown exterior and the tender, succulent chicken meat is pure poetry on a plate. The dish is crowned with a generous portion of fluffy aromatic rice, creating an ensemble that is nothing short of culinary perfection. It's a harmonious blend of textures and flavors that will leave you craving for more. What sets Kokodek apart is the immersive dining experience. The open kitchen design allows diners to watch the magic happen from a cozy nook in the dining area. The talented chefs are like culinary maestros, orchestrating the creation of each dish with precision and passion. Watching your meal being prepared adds an element of excitement that few restaurants can offer. But it's not just the food that makes Kokodek extraordinary. The staff are the true stars of this establishment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Their deep knowledge of the menu and their willingness to provide recommendations demonstrated a genuine love for what they do. They made the dining experience all the more enjoyable, ensuring that every guest feels like a cherished member of their extended family.

Might be the first and last time for me. I trusted a good rating and review and thought it would taste like a Korean fried chicken. Ordered sweet and soy and both come out taste bad. The chicken was not juicy and it’s hard to eat. It’s not fresh and feels like an old chicken that has fried for a while. The sweet and spicy is not even one close to the Korean sweet and spicy flavour. The garlic soy tastes like a garlic is burned. It also comes the red color radish look like food coloring and the rice side that’s so hard to eat. One star for good service.

Very delicious! Seen this place a couple of times, interesting that it is connected to the burger king. The tteobokki came with this fried rice/noodle thing and was very delicious. The fried chicken, we got soy garlic, was very delicious as well. The size of the chicken is a bit small but there were plenty of pieces to make up for it.Very nice lady running the shop, and the platings were very cute. Definitely will be coming back in the future to try other flavors.

We got garlic soy boneless chicken. It was very flavorful and super crispy. Will absolutely get again. The fries were just a bit bland but still good. And steamed is steamed, hard to mess up. Very fluffy, very good. The service was great, she was very attentive and made good conversation. The pickled radish was also very good, not too strong, just right

Food 3.5 star/5: pretty good flavor. My favorite is soy garlic. Not crispy enough though. Service: quick service but doesn't even have water. Ambiance: 0.5 star. It was a Saturday evening and we were the only party there. No AC in august so the restaurant was extremely hot. Also they kept the door open because there was no AC. And so many flies came inside the restaurant to look for food.

The flavor was ok, but the meat quality is horrible. The drums were dry and obviously not fresh at all, tasted like leftovers from previous days. Had diarrhea after eating a few pieces…
