I had placed an online order for the Easter donuts like a week before. Decided to pick them up on 3/31, thinking my order is going to be ready. When I come to find out that they don’t have my order and we’re all sold out of this Easter donuts. They offered no explanation and no alternatives. I had to complain as to why they didn’t call me to let me know and I could avoided this trip. Come to realize, I’m not the only one. They had another similar order and that they needed to cancel on other client. Why take orders if your not going to do it and let client know before hand. So all of it can be avoided or client would prefer another alternate.

Love Krispy Kreme, staff are friendly. However, there needs to be some management with online orders. I placed my Easter mini order over a week ago paid online for pick up at 9:00am on 3/31/24. My husband arrived to pick them up at 9:00am to be told the sold out at 7:30am this morning. What’s the point of paying on line and ordering early if they are not going to up hold your order and do first come first serve. This was very disappointing and poor management of online orders. They should not be taking any online orders.

THE BUSINESS LIVES THROUGH ITS NAME AS THE FOOD IS OKAY, BUT NOTHING SPECTACULAR. THE DONUTS ARE GOOD BUT SORT OF FLAT, NOT FAT LIKE THEY SHOULD BE. THEY NAME HAS REALLY GOOD ADVERTS, BUT THE DONUTS DON'T MEASURE UP TO THE ADVERTISING.

Beninos on a jirron Thursday. tomorrow Friday. and we comeOne Wednesday and they said tomorrow and tomorrow is ThursdayThey are good ? the donuts. more delicious. they don't respect the promotions ?

Very nice staff. The doughnuts were hot and fresh! They also make iced coffee drinks, too. Small area to sit. No outside seating. They have parking right in front, and there is a big park you can eat in. We got lemon-filled glazed.Parking: Spots available in front.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide side walk and open store space.

Need to have more variety especially the basic sugar donuts. I came in ~ 10 ish and the shelves have about 6-7 trays left on a Friday..
