Walked in on a slow Tuesday and saw one person working behind bar who did not acknowledge anyone coming in, just making the drinks while chewing gum (which violates the health code). Did not order anything as I was a bit skeptical about the hygienes from my first impression.
Was visiting my friends shop in the same plaza and seen kung fu tea. I've always seen this milk tea spot in the Sacramento and Stockton area but never in San Jose, so I had to try it. Their menu is different from the spots around here which is more of a milk tea Taiwanese tea spots.This place serves a more fruity milk tea which I like. I got the guava slush with chua seeds and it was really good. I had to try the kf milk tea which was tasty too. The service was top notch. The lovely lady helped me fix my order because there was a special offer today for a free pistachio milk tea and she added it for me on the side because I messed up and didn't add it myself. This place is nice and clean inside and out. I will be coming back to try the other flavors.

We ordered a honey milk tea with black tea and an Oreo wow and both drinks were delicious! Boba was hot even though they were closing within 30 minutes, they adjusted the sweetness to my liking and the employees were very nice. I am definitely coming back and you should try this place too!

Lee is the man! I came in very frustrated that the app was malfunctioning and took longer than expected, but he was patient and helped me out, I literally almost left. We just moved to the area and this will be our go to spot from now on! Service is great and the drinks were awesome!
