Bad service,and the food not fresh ,we wait for one and half hour,We waited for an hour and a half, and the estimated time had passed, but we still hadn't received any notification information. then we went to the front desk to ask how long it would take, but our number had already been passed by more than 10 numbers.

This place has one of the most frustrating systems I’ve ever seen. You cannot make reservations over the phone, and they will not even allow you to put your name on the waitlist when you arrive. Instead, they force every customer to download their app just to join the waitlist.

On top of that, the app demands a Facebook login — which feels like unnecessary data mining. Not everyone wants to link their social media just to eat dinner. The employees confirmed they are not allowed to add names on the tablet themselves, so you’re completely stuck if you don’t want to download their app.

The food might be fine, but the experience is ruined by the unnecessary hoops they make customers jump through. A restaurant should make it easier for people to eat there, not harder.

This restaurant is so much fun! Great food and such a nice time. The little tokens are the cherry on top! The wait is hard, but it is a nice experience.

The food was amazing. I loved the service. The little robots were very interesting. I also loved the prizes. The only thing that was average was the temperature. It was very cold.

I came to this place by myself after a busy shift. I didn’t have to wait long to get a seat. There was a big selection of nigiri and rolls on the conveyor belt, and if I wanted something specific, I could order it on my touchscreen. My favorite dish had to be the scallops with seared Japanese mayo.

A very fancy restaurant using unique way to serve sushi 🍣.
Their sushi is fairly good.
For the guy who works in the restaurant, I would give him 4 stars, but the way this restaurant serve dishes by using revolving plates, I would say it's unfair to all the customers. I sit in the middle section of the restaurant, And it was not busy noon, I took a video and it's obvious most plates were empty ， think about it, on a busy day, if you sit at the end table of the revolving, could you get anything you really want? If you have a party of 3+, how could you get fair sushi to share?
And since this service model, I have to find the server to give me hot tea refill, the hot tea cost $3.90 usually free in orher restaurants.
Yes, I could make personal orders, then why I need to do this revolving things?
Did I like their sushi? Yes, I'm fine with it. But didn't I enjoy the way, although it's fancy, but NO, I don't.

Great food but even though restaurant is open until 9.30pm, kitchen closes around 9.10pm and the last hour has only limited menu options. So avoid coming in after 8.30pm.

Very nice place. The revolving belt is nice, and you can order directly from the screen if you cant get what you want. That's very nice.
Best part is the server, I believe is Hiro? Very kind and helpful. Himself alone make the review from 4 stars to 5 stars.

Had a lunch with a friend. The monitor didn’t show how much you spent on dishes. We end up spending $100 for a lunch, including tips and tax. That’s insanely expensive to me. With the same price, we can went to eat a seafood buffet.

Really fun place to go and have sushi. The menu is simple but it is satisfying. Getting a prize capsule for finishing plates. That's always a good time. Plus they've got a robot that brings you your drinks! A freaking robot! Awesome! My wife and I had a great experience. And are planing to bring the kid next time we go.

Everything in revolving sushi, BOMB! I ate about 20 plates, no regerts. My wallet was low after, though.. 😩🤭😋
