Really fun place to go and have sushi. The menu is simple but it is satisfying. Getting a prize capsule for finishing plates. That's always a good time. Plus they've got a robot that brings you your drinks! A freaking robot! Awesome! My wife and I had a great experience. And are planing to bring the kid next time we go.
Everything in revolving sushi, BOMB! I ate about 20 plates, no regerts. My wallet was low after, though.. 😩ðŸ¤ðŸ˜‹
Pretty good, staff was friendly and enthusiastic, do not try to get the prize unless you have a really substantial appetite.
Very fun place to eat with kids, thanks to all the automation! Drinks by robot, sushi by conveyor belt, specials by speed belt, dirty plate collection. Lots of variety on the sushi belt too. Each plate is $3.95.
Ramen is pretty good and very reasonably priced at $11.95.
Absolutely, love it here. You don't have to get a full roll. Portions are perfect so you can have variety. The staff is very friendly.
The food was excellent but it took nearly an hour to make (55 minutes!!) our take-out ready. The bathrooms were clean, the restaurant was nearly empty, the customers came after us, ate and left while we were waiting for our food! Take-out food shouldn't ever take more than half an hour! Since it took an hour to prepare our food during their slow time, we can't imagine coming here during rush hour! Not likely!!

It is very delicious and satisfying to eat there! I highly recommend it, especially the Hand rolls, and the service is very friendly! ✨
If order to go, always making sure you check all your food/order on the site. I ordered to go today, not only wait for a long time like over 30 minutes but also got 2 to 3 orders of roll missed, however, I found out that when I got home, it’s so bad experience

Didn’t known they open another branch in the other part of San Jose. We usually visited the one in Cupertino. This location is less crowded, so wait time is much shorter. Got to be seated in 15 minutes instead 1 hour like the on in Cupertino.
Same chain, same service, so I wouldn’t complain anything. As we already had experience with this conveyor belt, we dived in pretty quickly. The only thing bad was we were seated at the end of the belt, so many food didn’t make it to our table. We ended up ordering on the iPad to get the dishes we wanted.
The food was good. Everything was tasty. My whole party of 8 was all satisfied. And, we left the restaurant with 2 little trinkets won from the machine for 15 plates counted.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the toys and the udon.

We had SUCH a fun time at Kura Sushi! The revolving sushi bar is so cool and we loved their plate grabbing system that ensured each sushi dish remained clean and sanitary. The food was so tasty and they had so many different rolls, including some premium seasonal options, and they sweet dishes as well! The cheesecake and mochi were absolutely delicious! Mylee was so incredibly sweet too, she made our whole experience so much more enjoyable and fun! We aren’t in the area very often, but we will most definitely be back!!

Wait time could be up to 1 hour to almost 2 for dinner hours. After an hour probably check in with staff. Price was super affordable per plate at 3.90. Also had more expensive items. Recommend the salmon skin and salmon plates. Lots of Gluten free GF options available and marked on website.

Chris sushi used to be this really cool novel place to go to cuz it was fairly unique but with recent price, hikes and long wait times, I don't really think this restaurant's worth it anymore. I can go to almost any other restaurant and get the same sushi and a personal experience from the cook and the staff versus going here and it feels incomplete. By no means is the food bad or the service that they do offer is bad. They just I don't think it's worth it anymore.
