Two Pho’ plates very tasty. Plenty of noodles and meats in each of them. Will definitely go back again

Very little meat in my noodle soup, they serve very little sprouts and basil. It looks like they are trying to save money by skimping. No napkin holders or holdersforutensils. I Do not recommend this place if you are hungry unless you are on a diet.

Had the yellow noodle combo dry and some hot tea. It was 1045 and they let me stay until after closing (which I find rare in San Jose). The noodles had so many textures and layers of flavors that you can't ignore the complexity of the dish. Nice sauce that gets hit with your dip in the broth. Fresh veggies and noodles.
I spoke to the owner and she was so friendly and professional. You can tell there is a lot of care for the customer and the experience.
Surprised it took me 6 years in the Bay to get to this place. Definitely recommend!

Needed a late night dinner and this place hits the spot.. located near the back of a small strip mall with ample parking, the restaurant doesn't seat that many but enough. Menu is simple with many options. We started with the Salt and Pepper Prawns and Fried Quail. The Salt and Pepper Prawns was very tasty with a bell peppers and onions that enhanced the flavors. The Quail is perfect to go with a beer, but if you had to pick one to snack on, go for the Salt and Pepper Prawns. The soups here are the main stars. Very tasty, piping hot and full of flavor... Definitely a place to book mark if you have a craving for Viet food late in the night..

I wish I could give this place more stars, the food was good, the service was nice, and the restaurant is cute. But we told them multiple times that my mother in law has a seafood allergy and asked that they list all the meats in her soup. We got very lucky that I happened to order the same thing and take a bite first because the soup has fish in it! They did apologize and bring her a new one, but that could have gone very poorly! I hope they take it seriously and re-do some of their allergy awareness training.

Food was great. Absolutely delicious and loved it. I had pho, which it came with a side of rib. The broth continuously stays hot. The spring rolls sauce was amazing. The lady was super sweet and polite!

The noodle borth is good, but the bowl is too small to hold the borth to needle and raw bean spout to keep the temperature.

KV Noodle is a typical Vietnamese restaurant with a menu that offers a wide variety of options. The pho was particularly impressive, featuring a flavorful broth and an ample amount of tender chicken pieces, though it had slightly more noodles than necessary. The spring rolls were another highlight—thick, fresh, and bursting with crisp, vibrant ingredients. Overall, KV Noodle provides a satisfying and authentic Vietnamese dining experience.

We stopped here for a late dinner after returning from a road trip. The place was totally packed but we were lucky to get seated right away. The server took a while to stop by our table to take our order and the food also took a while to come out, but understandable due to the crowd. The food made up for it by being served hot & fresh. I ordered the beef stew with yellow noodle and my bf ordered the ribeye plate with red rice. Both had large portions and were pretty tasty. We are definitely coming back to try the pho and other dishes.

Seriously the worst pho I’ve ever had. The noodles were NOT COOKED, not just al dente. In addition, they were clumped, so had been sitting for some time. The “rare beef” was well done, the brisket was tough, the pork chops (separate dish) were cooked to a crisp and super tough. After we finished ordering, the server held out her hand for the menus(?)… pretty rude. For $15 this pho is a disgrace. I’ve gotten much better on the peninsula.

Love this place! First time trying Bun Rieu - traditional Vietnamese crab, pork and tomato noodle soup. I like the blood pudding and crab cake in it, the soup was delicious. Other dishes didn’t disappoint us too. Would like to come back and try other rice dishes

I like KV Noodle because they have a very diverse menu of yummy pho, offer avocado smoothies, and have kind and attentive staff. You also can't beat the happy hour deal ($3 beer 12pm-5pm)!!
