I ordered lunch last week via Grubhub and got the BBQ Chicken along with a combo of shrimp, fish, and chicken katsu. The food arrived hot, which was perfect! Everything was delicious, and we absolutely love this place!

Vegetarian options: However, it doesn’t have many great vegetarian options.

Low quality food, bad service and presentation of food, everything was served not only in plastic/paper containers but was served in a to-go bag!

Parking: Sharing the parking lot with Costco, trader jo’s sometimes makes it difficult to find a spot nearby.

3 dollars more expensive than other L&L locations in the area. Signed that advertised 50 cents per extra sauce but was charged $1.01 and the cashier allow the difference of 1 cent with cash. False advertising of price, the sauce was shown to not 50.5 cents. On top of this I didn't receive my correct order that I paid extra for substitution. Totally incompetent, give your money to the location down the road.

The food is usually prepared well, today the meats were on the dry side. My biggest complaint is about the service. Most of the time the cashiers look like they don't want to be there. I think the negative attitudes can affect the business and the potential tips for the other employees. When you order and they say "name?" and don't even say thank you after you pay, in my opinion is terrible customer service. I go there for the food, but the terrible attitudes of the cashier make me not want to return.

Extreme hygiene issues!Foods are okay, rice needs more salt, and fried shrimp was super oily, but rest of order wasn't bad. Store is dirty from bottom to top. Price are a bit over priced for quality of food and service.

My mouth is watering just writing this review! I get the BBQ MIX and it is perfect to eat anytime. So much meat and so much flavor.If if wasn't So late I would order it right now! Mahalo
