I ordered lunch last week via Grubhub and got the BBQ Chicken along with a combo of shrimp, fish, and chicken katsu. The food arrived hot, which was perfect! Everything was delicious, and we absolutely love this place!

Vegetarian options: However, it doesn’t have many great vegetarian options.

Low quality food, bad service and presentation of food, everything was served not only in plastic/paper containers but was served in a to-go bag!

Parking: Sharing the parking lot with Costco, trader jo’s sometimes makes it difficult to find a spot nearby.

The food is usually prepared well, today the meats were on the dry side. My biggest complaint is about the service. Most of the time the cashiers look like they don't want to be there. I think the negative attitudes can affect the business and the potential tips for the other employees. When you order and they say "name?" and don't even say thank you after you pay, in my opinion is terrible customer service. I go there for the food, but the terrible attitudes...
