Timeliness sucks. Food is never done within timeframe provided. Ordered food at 7:24pm by phone. Was told 20 minutes but the sooner I get to the store the sooner I'll get my food. Got to the restaurant at 7:51pm. Cashier told me that it'll be another 15 minutes or so. This is probably the 5th time I have ordered food at this location. Every single time, it takes at least an additional 15-20 minutes after arrival. As if they start to cook it when I arrive to the restaurant and not before. Maybe it's due to the fact that they are afraid the customer won't pick up so they rather wait for the customer to arrive before making the order. The serving is size is decent. If you're in a hurry and doing a phone order, you're better off going somewhere else.

Maybe a little training on the communication skills?… literally had to fight a war to get my online order. I thought Sundays were lazy not snobby. Much love though!!

I've tried the chicken plate and garlic shrimp plate, both delicious and good portions. And the macaroni salad is the perfect side.

Not the best spot for Hawaiian food, but it gets the job done when you are craving Hawaiian food. The gravy should have more flavor and the spam musubi should have more sauce. The mac salad is delicious, I think they add tuna to it.

The food is delicious... the portions are big. For me, I have to share, I can't finish it alone. The BBQ meat is big... plus rice and macaroni or salad. The chicken katsu is also delicious...I'm satisfied here. The place is not too big but there is space for eating inside.

I gave 4 starts because I've waited too long(line too long) on my order, I know you guys are re busy, but pls speed up...Been to so many Hawaiian bbq places, this is the best place I've ever been too, especially the mix bbq, it was so delicious and the meats was so tender. Unlike the other places make so dry and over cooked. Once again, thank you much.

It’s Dec 13 Wednesday. The female forgot my order. Called to order at 7pm. Waited until 7:35 to get one regular short rib plate..

$14.25 for a Loco Moco. Not exaggerating, the gravy was very noticeable watered down. So was the Katsu sauce. The Lau Lau was tasted old and dry. $50 family meal wasted. We had zero trust eating this considering this level of neglect with their food prep

typical L&L in terms of food. specific to the location, everything was made fresh on the spot—and really well! the portion was extremely generous and the staff was incredibly nice. they were clearly tired by the time we came in, but were more than nice (i came in with a few indecisive children). i would highly recommend this specific location ?

why is this place only 2.5 stars. honestly a plate of katsu chicken is $17 and the portion is like humongous. one person could definitely not finish it. $17 is definitely not the most cheap price, but the portion is crazy big. love it so much and worth my money.

Despite the mixed reviews, I think it's worth noting the portion sizes for the prices. $17 for a regular Chicken Katsu meal comes stacked! So much chicken and 2 scoops of rice w/ a side of mac-salad. It's usually not too busy, orders take about 10 minutes. Chill ambiance, and the inside dining area has a lot of seating. Private parking lot can get packed due to starbucks being next door. Overall good service.

The rice was really plain and dry. The meat was terrible my stomach hurts so much after eating that disgusting meal I do not recommend coming the place was dirty the chairs were so uncomfortable and broken and the tables were not great it wobbled too much I threw up after eating because of the bad stomach ache it is disgusting I do not recommend ever.
