usually never write reviews, but my pickup time was 8:22 and they told me they were still working on food. watched people come in and place their order and receive their food while i was still waiting. finally at 8:45 the incompetent cashier told me she forgot to call out the order while the food was just sitting there. terrible service and cold food.

Massive food for a very reasonable price. Chicken is delicious and cooked right every time. Vegetables are fresh and delicious.
Come with a hearty appetite, or be prepared to take half your serving home with you.
This is my go-to lunch spot when I miss the on-site lunch truck at my work. NEVER had a poor experience here!

the cashier at the front always seems to rush the order, he isn’t rude or anything, however as i ordered, he made it seem as if he knew what i was talking about—-i ordered a bbq mix plate but instead of the long ribs i wanted the short ribsx2, but was given two long ribs. i even tried to explain how the meat looked like so he could know, yet i got a whole different order. please do not rush and take your time taking orders.

I Love Hawaiin BBQ, expecially L&L. I've been to many L&L's, but this specific L&L, I come here for the Great Food and the portion SIZE of every Meal! This is my go to place for Great Hawaiian BBQ food, Great Service and GREAT PORTION SIZE! That's if you decide to get the large size. You can easily eat it in two sittings, eat it for dinner and still have plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. Enjoy! Mahalo!

Ordered chicken kastu plate and 2 spam musubi. The musubis were fine. The katsu however tasted like the oil was old. The sauce tasted great though. I just couldnt eat the katsu cause the fried taste tasted so bad. Could just be a one off. The man on the counter was very friendly though.
