Based on the name Ceiba I had imagine it would have been a Central American restaurant. Its a mexican restaurant with the usual typical dishes as well as molcajetes. I ordered a wet burrito. Well made with added salad and salsa. Overall the food was good, the service average and the atmosphere a bit too loud for my liking.
Soups are delicious try them all good snacks too!! Hand made tortilla tacos or you can choose the other kind.. Karaoke nights try it you won't regret it my favorite the cat fish soup
