The cashier was rude, but that's besides the point. She never called out my order I literally had to go up and ask for it and it was already sitting up there for a minute. today is the next day and my order was about $30 for me and my girlfriend. Im looking ay my bank statements and i was charged $70!!!! $70 at this food truck is insane. I have to go ask for a refund bur this will be hard without a receipt.

The food is so goated. This is the best Mexican food you’ll get after hours. They’re open late and the pupusas are smack!

3.5 stars My husband and I ordered from here via Doordash the first time we tried them and were pleasantly surprised at how good their tacos were! We decided to try them again but this time around we drove to their taco truck. It is located at the C-Stop gas station off Monterey Road. It's an orange truck so you can't really miss it. Parking is wherever open space you find around the gas station. There are two fold out tables and some chairs under a tent if you wanted to dine there. The menu only had pictures and no prices. We asked the girl at the truck how much the tacos were and she said $2 each. WHA? Our pronunciation of the taco meats weren't that great so it took a second for us to get our order down. She couldn't understand us. At least she repeated everything we ordered afterwards. We got.. HORCHATA $? -I guess it only came in one size? It was the size of a small fountain drink. It was a tad creamier/thicker than other horchatas I've had, good amount of cinnamon but a bit too sweet for me. 3/5* AL PASTOR/MARINATED PORK $? -this was the best one! The pastor was tender with crispy edges. The pineapple bits were tangy, sweet and refreshing. 4/5* TRIPA/TRIPE $? -the first time I got it on Doordash, I thought it was really good. This time around, the tripa wasn't cooked enough for me. It was too soft and not crispy. 3/5* ASADA/STEAK $? -my husband said this was good, had a good char, crunchy and wasn't dry. 4/5* CABEZA/BEEF HEAD $? -my husband said it was fatty and tender but not much flavor. 2/5* All the tacos were topped with onion and cilantro. They also came with surprisingly big and tasty grilled jalapeño halves, grilled onions, sliced limes and radishes. Their tacos were pretty big with lots of meat. So much meat that I had to pick some of it off and eat it first, otherwise it would have fallen out of my taco. The corn tortillas were good too, very light and fresh. The girl gave us only 3 sauces -orange, green and red. My husband tried asking for more and she gave him 1 more of the orange sauce. Lol. All the sauces were spicy and the red one was extra tangy. Everything came out to be $29.. so my husband said that the 7 tacos we ordered had to be at least $3 something each plus my horchata. Still cheaper than most places though. They also had a sign saying that on Wednesdays they offer al pastor tacos for $1.50 each. Nice! I would come back for the al pastor tacos. We really liked their fresh corn tortillas too! WISH THEY WOULD PUT PRICES ON THEIR MENU THOUGH. Looks like they do catering too.

Got this on UberEats. I'm quite surprise the ratings if I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Wouldn't order here again. Hurrache asada: This was the biggest disappointment. It lacked flavor and protein was tough. Buche taco: 3/5 Tripa taco: 3/5

Ordered delivery, so review is based on food only! FOOD:- Torta (carnitas): Huge! One of the better tortas I've had with lots of meat, avocado, and cheese. The onion was too raw for my liking, but I easily took those out. Also, I wish there was an option online to have "light" ingredients (e.g. light cheese)--they only have the "no" or "extra" option. 4.5/5. - Tacos (pollo/chicken with avocado and extra meat): Good tacos that my boyfriend enjoyed. The avocados were a bit old, but not too bad. 4/5.

Been here twice. It's like a 3.5 for me so I'll round up to 4. Overall, still very good but first time was better. Giving it a 4 because of 1st time. Chicharron 10/10. Fire.Asada not as good. Last time had better flavor. It was more salty in a good way first time. The cabeza was good but not blow you out of park. maybe it's the cuts but last time better. Spartan taco truck has best cabeza right now. Lengua was really good. I think it was Lengua. Buche was okay. Tripas was good. Crispy. done right. But I don't think I would get it again. Not my favorite.

Ordered ur standard carne asada burrito. Anyway, let me remind you the review on the food has zero bias on the fact that they managed to skip my ticket when it was incredibly stagnant (11:30pm on a Tuesday night) burrito was pretty standard, had some considerable length, lacking a little girth. Props for no lower seepage of beans, rice, or grease on the lower half towards the end, a good sign of a well wrapped burrito even when the flour tortilla gets soggy. Positives end there. Somehow the rice was saltier than the pacific ocean after sperm whale mating season and at the same time, the carne asada was completely under seasoned. Not sure how they managed to pull that off but the rice was saltier than this review i promise you. Meat failed to make an appearance until 1/5th of the way through the burrito, the first few bites was literally just rice and cheese and by god did it have a days worth of sodium. Was offered only 1 kind of salsa that was not spicy, not acidic, pretty unbalanced, and did not help cut through any of the saltiness of the burrito, limes and radish to go on the side could have really helped, but were not included. Ambiance was a 6/10. Standard crackhead activities, faint smell of dried urine finally cooling off on the blacktop after a hot summers day and seen an orange dodge charger with a million "louver fin things" on every possible rear window almost spin out making a right turn. Dinner and a show, how can you complain right? 7/10 might recommend to someone I completely dislike out of spite.

One of my favorite taco places in south bay! No menu prices included but I believe each taco is around $3.25, spent $20 for 6 tacos. I've gotten the al pastor, lengua, and asada. So far the al pastor is my favorite and I love the pineapple bits! Located next to a gas station and there are two tables set out in front of the truck to eat at. You can park there or there's a plaza next by with Lee's sandwiches you can park. Taco was flavorful, tortillas light, and the salsas were a great spice level. They had three different options and the red one was my favorite. Not your standard salsa creations. Will definitely come here when leaving or coming to the bay.

For a taco truck that is open late, this place hits the spot. The Al Pastor was super good and would highly recommend. The tortillas were hand made as well which really sold it for me!
