So...been ordering from La Grullensa on Uber Eats and loved it so much we went to the restaurant. The TACO SALAD is the best I've ever had. Definitely recommend.

I can't believe they have the restaurant open and they always say that the bathroom is not in service, a restaurant cannot be open and have the bathroom without service ?????

In the past I have had a bad experience with this establishment,but I didn't want to be that person to write a bad review. I recently decided to give this restaurant a chance again after some time,but I am very disappointed with the customer service. A customer in front of me was paying but they were trying to find enough cash in there purse to pay and they just gave there opinion in a polite way about how they should offer a debit or credit payment option in the future. Once these ladies left the establishment the cashier and two men in the kitchen started to talk about about the customer and saying that they can't read and talking bad about their Columbia race in front of me I found that extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I had something good to say about this place but honestly I don't. The service is terrible and the food is alright there are definitely better places in san jose to go for some Mexican food.

This is a real complaint from an actual customer and the owner saying I’m a fake is proving the the restaurant doesn’t care to investigate my complaint, there are other bad complaints because your doing terrible at your job and don’t know how to treat your customers and people are starting to realize that that’s why your getting tons of bad reviews or been getting them

Overpriced just go to MI Rancho more food cheaper price.I walk in one day and my order of rice is 4$ the next its 6$ make up your mind.They charge 6$ for a order of rice can get an order of rice and beans for the same price.
