I got a gordita.... i have had different ones and this one wasn't a soft tortilla like always, it was a hard taco shell.... the flavors were there, just annoyed it broke apart the first try i tried taking a bite

QUE HORROR! Esperamos mas de 2 horas Las cuales en ningun momento te avisan o te mensionan la larga espera para una tlayuda Es de 2 HORAS, ni siquiera te dicen que ya pronto saldra nada! Tienen como 5 personas de las cueles no Se hacen ni una. El muchacho que lo vimos haciendo Las tlayudas estaba haciendo todoo Poniendo Las brasas, haciendo las tlayudas y corriendo de lado a lado Usando Los Mismo guantes negros desde q llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, estaba agarrando la Carne cruda con sus guantes y asi agarraba las tlayudas con su mano que falta de higiene pues es contaminacion Crusada, apartee agarro una pala para mover la Tierra por que estaba lloviendo y asi con esos guantes regreso a cocinar los alimentos! Que falta de higiene!!! No es que la Comida esta o sepa Mal , esta bien Simplemente que estas cosas hacen a los clientes jamas regresar, asi que ya saben si quieres una rica Tlayuda alas Brasas vente con 2 horas antes de que gusten comer!!!! Por que la espera esta que ni en un restaurant de verdad.

WOW! This place is a hidden GEM. The owners are from Oaxaca. The food shows its authenticity. I will be coming here again and again. I can't recommend the Gordita enough. Asada Gordita is where it's at. Salsas are fabulous. Outdoor seating and super great customer service.
