This place says that they close at 9:30pm but they close at 9pm on the dot. Dont waste your time trying to go when its pass 9 because they wont open the doors and if you go around 8:40pm they wont give you much because there already cleaning everything up. Bad service and wont follow the open times.

Have always come here for Ice cream. Today my 5 year old needed to use the restroom. We walked in and saw someone just came out of the restroom. We tried going in but it was locked. Asked girl at the counter if she could open the restroom for my 5 year old, she said no restroom is out of order. Told her we just saw someone come out of it. She said sorry it’s not working. We then had to go and find another place to use restroom. We don’t look like homeless people and we always buy ice cream/shorbet from here. Now you just lost a customer.

I would tell you how the ice cream tastes if I had gotten the chance to try it. I arrived at this place at 11 in the morning because it says online that it opens at 11. I get there and there is a lady inside, I try to pull the door open and it was locked, so I decided to wait a few minutes to see if they would open, I called and the lady on the phone said they don’t open until 11:30. I got in my car and left. Besides that I am handicapped and there was a non handicapped person in the handicap parking. Why advertise that you open at 11 if you actually open later.

Came at 9:14 and they locked the doors with customers inside. do not come to this location at 9pm, the workers are lazy and locked up before 10pm. Save your gas. Also, according to Fire Code, OSHA, and just generally legal liability, business SHOULD NOT lock doors with customers/ employees inside due to needing to exit premises safely in case of emergency.This can impose fines… I suggest you change your hours or I will be reporting to the needed organizations. Attached is a photo of a michoacana near by why does adhere to the rules

I can see that I am not gonna be the first of the last person to complain about this place on a review. I HOPE THE OWNER DOES NOT JUST PUT THE SAME GENERIC ANSWER TO THIS REVIEW AS ALL THE OTHER ONES THAT I HAVE SEEN THEM REPLY TO. It was my very first first experience with this place and it was a complete disappointment, because I didn't even get to go inside. By 9:19 PM these lazy workers with very noticeable bad work ethics already had the doors locked; and by the looks of it the customers inside locked in weren't having such a great time either.I would give a review about the ice cream itself if I would have been able to buy some. Online it says that they close until 10 PM, yet by 9:19 PM when I was outside my sister in law tried openjng the door with no success because it was locked. Why advertise that you are open until 10:00 PM if your workers are going to be too lazy to stay until closing ? My pregnant wife wanted a specific Mexican ice cream for heavens sake and they completely disappointed. This is also the first location that we went to because it was closest to us. First time going here and can't even rate anything besides what I saw as horrible work ethics.

Everything is delicious, except that we already ordered double snow (they charge us 2 of course and they only serve us a scoop and a half) please serve what they charge at least so that they serve just enough. And the last 2 weeks I can't see the prices
