Good ice cream.

I went for strawberries with cream and they are not delicious at all, they look like milk, nothing more than strawberries, no flavor.

Very bad costumer service ,I spend like over $150 dollar , and I forget order for one of my group , I tell to them ,if can help me ,they said, So rude No, You have to make line again , I lease be nice , next time we will going to next door ,

I asked for tostilocos and this is what I get berly anything..the girl had a bad attitude and wouldn’t want to sell us more fruit or chips according to her manager they will get in trouble..never again going there

The workers are rude, some of the ice creams are old (spoiled), we kindly wanted to change an ice cream at the same time because it tasted strange and they said it was my problem because I didn't like it, simply if the ice cream was bad and smelled strange, terrible service They didn't want to give me my money back and they didn't want to change my ice cream either, they put it back in the jar with the rest, they didn't throw it away, please be careful with this Michoacan girl.

I was in the neighborhood and saw this shop. It was a very colorful interior. It has many ice cream and ice cream bar selections. Since it is mexican ice cream and dessert shop and I love Msngonada so much, I went in and asked if they had Mangonada, and yes, they had it. The worker was nice. It was one of the best mangonada I had. It's not that sour. I like the tamarind candy, which is chewy. Pricewise it is quite high but it is ok.

The service from a lady is very poor, she has no respect for the customer, personally she treated me with a very bad attitude, the family in front of me was the same, I like to visit the place two three times a week because the product is of very good quality And no, I never like to leave bad reviews but today it is worth it since I did not like the way a worker serves the customer, it is specific.

Wow. Girl working was rude. We ordered. Waited 20 minutes before realizing she forgot our order. Then she asked what we order and started helping someone else before making our order. Waste of time

First time been there its so good so many ice cream flavors the raspados were so delicious

There was a couple lafies who cut infront of me and my daughters, when it was time to help us the employee askedif he had been helpd i said no and i told her we were there first and she still went ahead and asked the other ladiea if they were here first. So disrespectful and discriminatory.

As much I want to say I love it, I did not.
3 employees for a busy business? Really.
Long lines, employees look tired and stressed.
Because they are so busy, they don’t have time to clean tables and floors which they look all dirty.
This place charge very well, they should be able to hire more people on their busy days.

Shame on the owner, do it better for your employees.
