I haven’t had a burrito this good in awhile.
I was looking for lunch while dropping my mom off on errands and found this place online. It has good reviews so I wanted to check it out. I’m glad I did because the food is so good!
I got an al pastor super burrito and they loaded it up. The meat and fillings were well seasoned and they’re very generous with the guacamole in it. Highly recommend!
The store is cute and has a lot of offering available. There’s pan dulce, the usual taqueria things, and even chicharrón they make in house. Definitely want to check it out again.

Ordered a REGULAR burrito, then I noticed in the receipt I was charged for a SUPER burrito. Then after leaving and eating into the burrito, it turned out to be a REGULAR burrito.

Saw reviews advertising good portions and good food. Was dissatisfied with the price to quality. It was 15 dollars for a regular breakfast burrito and about 4 for a regular agua (strawberry). The food came out nice and hot, that was nice, but it lacked flavor and no salsa was given. Typically any other taqueria will give you at least a side of a mild salsa. Maybe i need to try other dishes, meat choices, or burritos. It just didnt hit for spending $20 on a basic burrito and drink.

To be honest, I had no expectations going in, but I left pleasantly surprised. From the service to the overall care of the business, La Superior Taquería proved to be a great spot to grab some bread and maybe a little something for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful — I was a bit confused about where to put the utensils after use, but they answered my questions kindly and made sure I had everything I needed. I also appreciated that digital payment was available, making checkout simple and quick. Overall, it’s a respectful, well-run business, and I would gladly return.

I’ve been going to this spot since it opened- the tamales, carnitas and al pastor are great. I hadn’t been here in a few months until today and I got an asada burrito, and it was the saltiest thing I think I’ve ever eaten. Very disappointing. I’ll go again another time to get my favorite al pastor burrito from here, and hope it’s still good. Do not get the asada- al pastor always from here.
