My server was Named Alex, he is at the lazy dog off of almaden road in san jose over near the costco. I was extremely impressed with the service he gave 1000%
Perfect service. I think anyone who visits lazy dog should try to find a table in his station.. the food is also amazing lots of choices for a very reasonable price. My favorite thing about the restaurant is the huckleberry puree that they offer huckleberry comes from montana.It's the only place that I know of that.You can get it besides Lazy.Dog restaurant. It's some good stuff.It is very sweet though it's best to blend it with the lemonade.Just the right amount of sweet and sour.Give it a try at lazy dog! Sit with Alex ..... he gives great service, if it's your first time trying it, let them know.You might be surprised to get a complimentary appetizer

The food was awful. The salad had no lettuce & what was there was wilted & brown the green bean were not edible. The chicken lettuce wraps tasted odd & the lettuce was brown & limp. I picked up in less than 10 mins of being ready & it was not good. This was our first time ordering & will be the last.

Venue great. Pup loves coming here.

But the chef uses WAY too much salt.

It takes the fun out of it when you spend the whole following night and day trying to flush it out.

Enjoy it but food is ok and atmosphere is a bit loud.

Each visit has a whole new set of issues from the kitchen being slow and food being dry to bad customer service. My food came out at the end of my dinner with the family so I just had them bring me a to go box instead.

Overall good service, however would be better if they would give an approximate food wait time before taking order, so we don't have to wait 40 minutes and instead go somewhere else. But overall, food is delicious and staff is attentive after food is served.

Hunter - that’s all I have to say! Our server, Hunter made our experience amazing! She was extremely kind, warm with hospitality, and so helpful as we navigated what we wanted to eat!! I’ve been to this Lazy Dog many times and each time I leave very satisfied, good job yall!

Started going here when it first opened 3 years ago and it was amazing, excellent service and delicious food, but over the years coming back during our vacation it has declined steadily, from missing ingredient in meals to no domestic beer on draft, service has got slow and not very attentive, refills are a bonus!! When my meal came out cold I sent it back and the manager came over and asked if I wanted something else! No the same meal but hot, when when the check came they had charged me twice for the meal then removed the additional meal as a comp as if the were doing you a favour, this coupled with the fact of no draft beer made for a disappointing visit! Have sent email to customer service but yet to get an acknowledgement or reply, won’t be going back any time soon.

I had a wonderful lunch at the Naperville location served by Heidi. She was so friendly, helpful and made our lunch enjoyable.

The food was AMAZING and our server, SOFIE, was the best! She was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful!
