I bought a milk tea and asked for it with a little bit of ice and they gave it to me with a lot. I told the person I made it and they responded rudely and it tasted like sugar water 👎👎

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient.The layout was awkward. There were two separate checkouts 90 degrees from each other. One was for the sandwiches \ food only, the other was for the coffee\drinks only. You could order food & drinks at either checkout, but would need to go to the respective checkout to pick up your food\drink.
